A/N : Hey everyone :D ! I'm new here and it's my first fan fiction... Well I mean my first English fan fiction... Actually, English isn't my native language, so if there are mistakes or something, just tell me and please pardon me ><

I've started this fanfic without really knowing why, I just had the idea, so I don't know how far I'd go with it... ^^

If you don't like it... Well don't read it... Or tell me why you don't like it, but I'll ask you not to write mean comments. I'll just do my best. Please be indulgent ! :)

Characters :

Shin Sunghee (OC), Cho Kyuhyun, Choi Yungjae, and others you'll find out later ;)

Shin Sunghee :

17 years old.

She is the most popular girl in the high school.

Boys love her, while girls hate her.

Her father is one of the richest men in Seoul... even in South Korea.

She can't stand Yungjae's lively personality.

Cho Kyuhyun :

17 years old.

He's a quiet and handsome guy. He doesn't talk a lot with people he doesn't know well.

He just moved in Seoul with his mom.

They are not rich, just... normal.

He finds it funny when Sunghee and Yungjae fight.

Choi Yungjae :

17 years old, or so he says.

He's handsome and really noisy. He can't stop talking and talking, which gets on Sunghee's nerves.

But he doesn't talk about his personal life, as if he was hiding something...?

He says he's fallen for Sunghee from the first sight, and is always stuck around her.

Prologue

- ! I'm pissed off with this !

-Yeah. She probably doesn't only study to get these kind of grades. Besides, we have to follow her example.

-Seriously, I feel that I won't be able to hold out the whole year in the same class, without slapping her...!

-Shut up, she's behind us !

-So what ?? It's not like the first time she's hearing this. She already knows what everyone think about her !

The girls moved apart to make way for the person they were talking about.

Sunghee walked past them and stopped. She turned  round to size them up, raising an eyebrow. She came up to one of the girls, who looked down.

-Any problem ?

-No...

-Right. Try not to talk about people when they can hear you, it could fall on you one day.

Then she left, glancing haughtily at the other girls.

-Why all the slightly pretty girls have to be pests like this one ??

-Good question.

As for the "pest", once she was far enough for nobody to hear her, she said on a tone that let guess her disgust :

-I, am the pest ? Yet, THEY are talking behind people's back ! Poor girls... If only they knew how pitiful they are... Though... They better not notice it, because they'd go complain to their parents, and might even accuse them of making them so hideous and stupid. If not their parents, they'd find someone else to blame... Pitiful... Behaving like that at 17 years old... Even a  tramp wouldn't want them.

She stopped talking and walked through the schoolyard to go to her next class. She passed by a group of boys who fell silent to watch her, desire arousing in their eyes. When she was out of sight again, she muttered :

-And boys... All the same ;  erts who only think of a way to replace their right hand. God, what am I doing in this losers' high school ?!

-Fate.

Sunghee jumped in surprise and turned round. In front of her, was a tall guy, about 180cm tall. So he was tall, bleached to platinum-blond hair – "Another fan of G-Dragon ? she wondered" –, blue-eyed – "Lenses, probably" – and rather classy-dressed. "Rich man's son, rebel ? There's really everything in this high school, she thought, rolling her eyes."

-Yeah, if you say so. So, fate didn't spare me either...

-I can understand you, he smiled. I didn't want to be enrolled in this school, but my parents told me it would be a good experience and I could make acquaintances that could be useful later. I guess it's working out...

-Glad for you, she answered on an indifferent tone. You'll succeed in the business world.

She walked away, when the young man grabbed her wrist and stood in front of her, a grin on his lips. "Is he trying to seduce me ? Man you'll just fail."

-If you want to ask me going out with you, it's a NO.

-Wow ! How shrewd ! But... Why ?

-None of your business.

-Okay, okay... Just tell me one thing.

-What ?

-Your name...?

-Sunghee. Shin Sunghee. Farewell.

Saying that, she got her wrist out of his grip and quickly went to the entrance of the school hall. The blond-haired guy stood there for a  few seconds, then, his smile grew wider and he shouted to the girl :

-Choi Yungjae, at your service ! See you later !

Then he went to his friends, who couldn't believe what they just saw. He had got the guts to talk to the most popular girl of the whole high school, Shin Sunghee. Living goddess to the boys, sworn enemy to the girls. A bit shorter than 170cm, she had brown hair that stopped about ten centimeters below her shoulders, almond eyes as black as the night, and a light make-up on a smooth and flawless skin. Slightly fleshy lips, which you could rarely see a smile on, except a smirk aimed at the girls who despised her. But they couldn't do anything about it. Despite their hatred towards her, they wouldn't dare to do anything against her. People said her father was one of the richest men in Seoul. They hated her for her character and envied her physique. She was all they could never be, doesn't matter their efforts.
