Joined along the dorsal aspect of their bodies, Rachipagus twins Kai and Taemin must carefully weigh the pros and cons of the decisions they make. When schizophrenia manifests itself in the slightly smaller brother, Kai is forced to choose between the health of Taemin and his own, the only medication being fatally harmful to himself. Too powerless to help, yet too powerful to ignore it, Kai is placed in a position no brother should ever have to face. Is it worth the pain to help his brother, even with the low chance of survival?
