"Will you be the best man?" 

"S-sure..."

It hurts so much. I'm guy who "witnessed" their love. Well, I suffered..."witnessing". Not as a friend but someone who had a strong attraction. Tomorrow's their wedding. I'll have to deliver a speech about...their love. Maybe, just maybe...a little of our friendship. He looks happy though. I won't make him hesitate to "yes". I decided to go to America. Two days after their wedding, I'll be going. Get a better life. Hopefully...

"Kyuhyun?"

"Su-Sungmin?" I ask in suprise. He's supposed to be sleeping.

"I just wanted that good old fashion talk with my buddy."

"What did you want to talk about?" 

"Nothing much." He sits beside me. "You ready for that speech tomorrow?" He asks me.

"Yeah. I'm talking about you and Sooyoung, ofcourse I would be ready." 

"Kyuhyun, are you okay nowadays?" He asks me. If you didn't know, Sungmin knows I love him. I avoid his gaze.

"Sungmin, why wouldn't I be? My bestfriend is getting married."

"Kyuhyun..." I cut him off.

"I knew from the start... we'll never be. I just want to have that last talk three days from now." He looks at me. 

"What do you mean?"

"You'll know in three days. Enjoy your marriage first." I told him pushing him out of my room. He tried to  ask me another question but I closed the door on him.

​"You may now kiss the bride." 

I tried to show a smile. I was actually really happy for Sungmin but I just couldn't put a smile on my face.

It was today. I met Sungmin in a cafe.

"Kyuhyun."

"Sungmin. Once this conversation finishes I'll be going to America. I...I will miss you. Congratulations on your wedding. May you be happy the next few years. Well, I'llbe going now. Enjoy your honeymoon." I left him speechless. I stood up. He stops me with his words.

"Kyuhyun. I'm not going to try to stop you but I want you to know. I liked you too. But. I know nothing, nothing will break our strong friendship. Stay safe brother. I will miss you. Remember that. Visit me when you meet someone." He hugged me tightly, crying. I was starting to tear up as well. I broke the hug. Any more affectionate actions will stop me from going. So, I smile at him one last time. He smiles back.

"I have to go..."
