Christmas Day. 

Dear Diary, 

It's Christmas! I should be happy! But no, I'm not happy. I'm melancholic this day. I don't really know anymore. Who am I? Why am I locked in my own room? Why am I sobbing like there's no tomorrow?

It all started while I was waiting for her inside the mall yesterday. Remember that I expected our date to be the most romantic one of all since it's Christmas Eve? NO. All was a lie. 

I was waiting beneath the largest Christmas Tree in the mall. It lit up like the stars were latched on the leaves, and the biggest star shone the brightest. It was very, very beautiful. I looked at my phone and there was one text message. It's from my best friend, Jongkook.

Hey Taeha! Where are you? I thought you said you're going to our Christmas Party!

Ahh Mian!! I got sidetracked while I was going there. I will go there, promise!

After five minutes the clock struck twelve. The bells began chiming and everyone began greeting "Merry Christmas!" to each other. While me, waiting for her.

Until she came inside the mall. I was so happy inside. I felt like all the butterflies in my stomach fluttered here and there. But no.

She was with someone else. Another man. My heart shattered to pieces. I dropped everything on my hand. All the gifts I was supposed to give her all dropped, including the couple mugs. They broke down and it resonated through the mall. 

The sound caught her attention and looked around. Our eyes met and she stared blankly. I let a tear slip from my eyes before I ran away. 

And now, I'm in my room, crying while I wrote this. Sorry, diary, for this Christmass I didn't give you drawings that would signify the occasion, but instead tears that have all the bitterness in me.

Can you help me, diary?

Find that right someone.

Find the girl that will make me happy.
