When a child of the Mark is born, other things rise with it.

                The infamous Ganghan—an archangel sent down from the Above because of his growing cruelty to humans—being one of those “other things.”

                So when the Leaders join together and agree that they need to send an angel down to protect the child of the Mark, Eunhye is chosen.

                Enter Eunhye. An angel with a heart of gold. She’s not strong like the others, but her loyalty in what’s right and dislike for what’s wrong separates her from the rest.

                Is she going to be able to fight Ganghan and his hoard of Fallen, or will the child of the Mark’s blood open up the wrath of the Below and enslave the human race for all of eternity?

The Angels:

With their pure hearts and strong minds, they protect the humans, constantly battling against evil.

Eunhye:

At one time, she had just been a normal college student, but when a tragic car accident ends her life shorter than planned, she's become an angel ready to serve for the greater good of the humans.

Cheonjae:

One of the best and strongest of angels in all of the above, he's quite strict when it comes to the Rules, but don't let that change your perspective on him, he's actually a big softie when it comes to humans.

Simjang:

If looks could kill, this angel would have become a Fallen long ago. He's known as the "handsome one" in the group of special force angels that handle throwing out corrupted angels that go against the Rules.

Jayu:

This angel is not someone you want to mess with. He's got a nasty temper and strenght to match. He's a stickler for the Rules and won't allow anyone to even go as far as to bend them. He gaurds the gates to Above as if they were his own life. Although, technically for an angel, they are their lives. Or at least, they guard them.

The Fallen & Archangels:

All they want is revenge. Revenge on the angels that had banned them from ever going to Above. And they know that the only way they can get that revenge is to go through the humans. Enslaving the human race? So be it.

Ganghan:

The original archangel. He's bent on destorying the angels ever since his wings were stripped from him an dhe went plummeting down to Below where he's been rotting for the passed five thousand years. Now, after what felt like an eternity, the child of the Mark is born and he's determined to get his hands on their blood.

Sangcheo:

At the sight of this angel, you wouldn't think an evil bone could exist in his almost sculpted body. But he is the reason that we can now say "looks can be deceiving." A trickster with his eye set on avenging his master's pride, nothing stands in his way.

Eumsu:

He's a bit dense, this is true. But what he lacks in brain, he makes up for in brawn. And that is why Ganghan keeps him around.
