4. For LONG STORY: up to 25 pages ONLY.
5. minimum of 2 characters and maximum of 5 characters only.
6. ENGLISH or TAGALOG story is OKAY :)
7. Asian or Hollywood characters is okay :)
8. Anime must be an adventurous or romcom. (optional)
9. Genre must be suitable for ALL TYPES OF READERS.

Well, it's too simple my dear... Just DO THE RULES and use ANIME characters or HISTORICAL genre.
