Foreword
I stared into his impossibly ultra-violet coloured eyes while walking towards him. The wedding song remix of Hangul and Earth played and echoed majestically throughout the massive castle situated in England. His features so inhumanly perfect, his sharp nose, his perfectly shaped perfect and my god, his eyes. So unique.
I stopped infront of him, my father placed my hand onto his hands.
Warm. So..human even though he's clearly not.
His eyes never left mine. We gazed into each other eyes. Not daring to breathe. It was I who broke the mesmerizing gaze. Too frightened and too overwhelmed.
Priests from countries from all over the world. spoke the words of love,trust and commitment in a marriage. My heart was pounding. Cameras were flashing. Reporters from every city were busy reporting about this out-of-world marriage. One could hear the different languages- spanish, portugese,chinese,french,japanese the list goes on and on.
The priests stopped talking and both me and him said the words that will bind us till death.
The 2 words of our voices said in unison echoed softly that will bind me, an earthing, to an alien:
"I DO"
