_ Seolhyun-ah... You're coffee is ready

Seolhyun: Ah.. Bring it over here.. I'm in my room

< seolhyun's friend " Lauren " entered the room with two cups in her hand. She placed one cup on the desk, and sat on Seolhyun's comfortable bed, watching Seolhyun writing something using her laptop. Lauren watched Seolhyun for a few seconds before she even bothered herself to ask >

Lauren: What are you doing?

Seolhyun: * not taking her eyes off the screen * Writing an e-mail.

Lauren: Still looking for a job?

Seolhyun: * looks at her for a split of a second and nods afterwards * Yeah, I saw a ad in the newspaper. They are looking for someone who speaks Korean and Chinese, and will read stories for kids in the library.

Lauren: Kids in the Library?

Seolhyun: Yeah... * looks at her innocently *

Lauren: Well.. Tell them you can sing too!

Seolhyun: They said I should read them stories, not entertain them..

Lauren: It's all the same~ You think Kids like to hear stories all day long? * she got pretty excited and started to motion her hands, swinging them in the air while still holding her cup of coffee in the hand*

Seolhyun: It's only for a few hours!

Lauren: But still!.. Kids want to move! They want to dance, and jump! * she swayed her hand in the air, and spilled the coffe on the bed Sheets, she stayed quiet for a second watching the spot where she spilled the coffee, she slowly looked up not knowing which side of Seolhyun she'll see, an angry Seolhyun? A considerate and quiet one? her puppy-like look met Seolhyun's emotionless eyes * Oops! * she said cutely and innocently * 

Seolhyun: Get up!! * she said in a sharp tone *

Lauren: Sorry * she said while standing up *

< Seolhyun sighed deeply before she started to remove the bed sheet. And threw it lazily on the ground, Lauren was watching her while quietly sipping her coffee, standing behind her like she's not even there >

Lauren: * with a quiet weak tone * Should I..... Do it?

Seolhyun: No.. Just stand there like a statue! * she said angrily *

Lauren: Oh.... Okay * she said and drank a bit from her coffee *

Seolhyun: * stopped with her actoin, and blankly looked out the window in front of her. She released a deep, heavy sigh * That was sarcastic meant!

Lauren: * face expressions turned to serious * Oh!.... Right! Silly me

< She Placed her cup on the table, and moved towards the closet. She opened it and searched for the sheets " So, what color? " She looked through the clothing. " There is only a white one on the upper shelf "  Said Seolhyun. Lauren looked up and saw the sheets. She tip-toed to reach them, spreading her right arm, longing for it. She glanced a figure moving beside her. Without even taking her eyes off of her target, she recognized that it was Seolhyun holding the filthy sheets. She probably went to the bathroom to wash the stained spots the coffe had left. Lauren released a deep heavy sigh, and tried again. She jumped slightly and managed to grab one of the sheets' corner. " AHA! SUCCESS "  She chimed in victory as she pullled it down. What Lauren didn't know was that a box was placed over the sheets. She manafged to move a few steps back as a fast reaction. The box fell on the ground. It made an obvious " TRRRK " sound. >

Seolhyun: Did something happen? Is everything fine? * her voice was barely heard from the bathroom. The sound of the running water lingered in the air *

Lauren: *  closed her eyes for a second and then opened them * Everything's fine.. * she tried to sound more convincing than ever * 

Seolhyun: O.K.. If you say so~ 

< Lauren looked down to her feet to see the box, the cover was in a complete different corner of the room. it has swifted all the way there. However, what caught Lauren's attention is what was lying down below. A necklace with captivating stones was between her feets. She put the Sheets neatly on the ground, not taking her eyes off the necklace that somehow worked like magic on her, she was so captivated by it. Just when she picked it up from the ground, Seolhyun marched back in. She stopped when she saw Lauren taken away into another world of thoughts, she then glanced the necklace she hasn't touched for months between her hands. She slowly moved towards her > 

Lauren: * frantically turned her head to Seolhyun * What is that? From where did you get it?

Seolhyun: * looked at the necklace and smiled softly * I got it from a boy.. Back when my parents used to live in China for a while!

Lauren: OWH! You haven't told me about it!

Seolhyun: Do you want to hear the whole story?

Lauren: Seolhyun.. You know that I'm a curious person.. * she grabbed her hand and led her to the bed, they both sat down *

Seolhyun: * looked at the bed *

Lauren: We can do that later! * she referred to the sheets * Tell me about the necklace

Seolhyun: It's not that interesting but o.k .. I was 3 years old when my parents moved to Beijing because of my dad's work..

Lauren: Yeah yeah.. And you lived here for 5 years and then you moved back to Korea.. I already know that

Seolhyun: Well yeah, that boy lived next to our apartment, we often played together, and he was my friend for a while.. And when my parents decided to go back to Korea, he gave me this necklace so I can remember him.. Unfortunetally I have the image of his face in my mind, but I don't remember his name... * she remained silent for a while and strayed * I wish I could meet him again! * she then twitched a fast smile *

Lauren: Hmmmm.. Well I hope you meet him some day

Seolhyun: Yeah right.. In a town where more than 20 million people live!

Lauren: Maybe destiny will bring you together!

Seolhyun: * chuckled * It's not a love story if that is what you think it is!

Lauren: I know.. But I have a feeling that you will meet him again.. The world is small Seolhyun.. 

Seolhyun: * smiles and looks to the side, her eyes land on the Laptop screen * Oh! I have to finish and send this e-mail!

Lauren: Fine! I'll do the rest * she heads to where she has left the bed sheets, picks it up and starts to tidy the bed, returning it to the neat state it was in before her clumsiness caused to dirt it ( I don't know if thre is such a thing as " dirt it " in English xD ) she puts the necklace on the table where Seolhyun was proceeding to write her e-mail, and headed out of the room to watch some TV *

< After about 15 minutes she managed to finish the e-mail and check if there are any mistakes. " Aaaaand Send! " She chimed. She looked at the clock, it was 9 p.m. Her eyes landed on the necklace, she grabbed it, and examined it, admiring those gemstones that were twinkling a bit because of the dim light! She smiled and placed it on the table, and looked behind her only to see the clean bed, the more she looked at it the more she felt tired. The sheets so white and pure.. The blanket neetly folded and placed over the bed, and the pillow puffy and fluffy. Seeing it that way, she couldn't resist that tired feeling anymore. She stood up leaving her laptop on, and threw herself on the bed. She closed her eyes and inhaled that comfortable refreshing scent of cleanliness. She touched the soft blanket with her palms, and opened her eyes. The pillow. She fixed her position, getting closer to the pillow. She covered herself with the blanket, and hugged the pillow, closing her eyes, smiling while thinking " That was very sweet of you Lauren " She started to drift away into another world. She entered her dream land >

The man was pulling the luggage heading outside the apartment, followed by the woman who had a soft smile on her face. The man put the luggage on the side walk, glancing the Taxi that they have called coming from afar. Somehow they made a scene for the people. Well probably _ besides the reason that they were leaving _because they were speaking a different language. When the Taxi arrived and parked in front of them, they loaded the trunk with the bags. Seolhyun was the only one who wasn't really happy about them flying back to Korea. She somehow didn't want to go back although her mother kept convincing her that she will get a lot of candies and sweet stuff from her Grandmother as soon as they get back. But Candy wasn't all she wanted. Having friends here she didn't want any candy. Besides, she gets candy from her best Friend all the time. 

NOTE: Red = Korean, Blue = Chinese

Mother: Seolhyun-ah, Get in the Taxi, we're leaving 

Seolhyun: Ne omma * she made her small steps towards the Taxi, her mother patted her on the back while she was about to get into the Taxi *

_ Seolhyun! * the little boy ran to her before she hopped in *

Seolhyun: OH! * she stepped back and ran to the little boy * You're here! 

Boy: I wanted to say goodbye

Seolhyun: * smiled softly *

Boy: I brought you this! * he opened his fist to show her two necklaces, both were the same, they had gemstones *

Seolhyun: * looked at it then looks at the boy * Are those magical stones?

Boy: dang ran ( of course in Chinese ). They have magical powers! They say if two people wore it they can do telepathy

Seolhyun: Telepathy? 

Boy: dui (Yes in Chinese) Our minds will be always connected! * he puts one of the necklaces around his neck * Always remember me, Alright? * he puts the other necklace around her neck * Don't take it off..

Seolhyun: * looks at the necklace * I'll always wear it * she looks at the smiling boy again *

< Beep Beeeeeeeeeeeep. The car horned. Seolhyun turned her head >

Mother: Seolhyun-ah~ * the mother looked from the Car's window * Palli ( Hurry up )

< Seolhyun looked at the cute little boy again and hugged him before she went into the taxi, the car started to move while she couldn't take her eyes off her dearest friend. She was sad to leave him. But there was nothing she could do about it. She kept staring out the window, watching him waving at her, she waved back. When the car started to move away and drive faster. The boy ran along the side walk runnning after it waving while screaming out loud >

Boy: Zàijiàn (Goodbye in Chinese) Seolhyun... Zàijiàn... Zàijiàn

_ Zàijiàn Seol.... hyun.. Zài..jiàn

_ Wake up! 

_ Zàijiàn * sleepy tone * 

Kris: WAKE UP NOW!! * he kicked him lightly with his feet causing Luhan to flinch *

Luhan: * waking up frightened * Huh? * he opens one eye, and rubs the other one roughly * Where am I? * he felt himself lost *

Kris: In Heaven.. * he said sarcastic *

Luhan: Whaaaat? * his eyes adjusted to the light, he opened both of them and sat up *

Kris: Come on, wake up * he moved to the other side of the room, he grabbed his jacket and in a swift move put it on * We'll be late!

Luhan: Late... * he rubbed his face once more * For practice?

Kris: * stood there and looked at him with his penetrating eyes * No.. The schedule changed.. We're going to Disney land!... Come on.. * he shook his head, and went to the door *

Luhan: Disney land?

Kris: * stopped walking, and sighed deeply * My goodness! * he turned around * JUST GET UP! * his tone was more angry than ever *

Luhan: Okay.. Okay * he beamed as he lazily stood up, fixing his shirt *

Kris: You have 5 minutes. If you come late, I will Kill you! * he threatnend before he stormed out of the room *

Luhan: * imitating his voice * You have five minutes. If you come late, I will Kill you! * he looked at the door and heads to the bathroom, he grabs the knob wanting to open it, the door was locked. He knocks on the door... No answer. He turns the knob 3 times in a row, and hits the door with his shoulder. But no use, it won't budge * What the... * he stepped back * YAH! TAO! Are you in there? * no answer * Huang ZiTao?

_ Mmm? * shocked voice, as if he had suddenly awaken *

Luhan: * He suddenly felt worried * Are you Okay? * he stepped closer to the door, and put his ear on the door to hear Tao's voice clearer * Are you having problems?

Tao: No~ * he answered lazily * I'm alright.. I just fell asleep.. * he said in a calm tone as if it is something that usually happens *

Luhan: You fell...... Asleep? * he said in a tone as if he wants to deny it *

Tao: Yeah * opens the door, Luhan steps back. Tao stands in front of him with his hands on his waist and looks at him * Gege ( big brother in Chinese ) you have 5 minutes or the leader will be mad. You better hurry up * he said before he went outside *

Luhan: * looks at the door, and furrows his brows * So what? * he thought to himself before entring the bathroom *

< When he was finally done after 15 minutes. Everyone was already waiting >

~ In the van ~ 

< Lay was looking out the window. He kept his eyes glued to the door, hearing the others groan, especially Kris who kept sighing and uttering words that no one could define. He started to hum a song to change the atmosphere. He even started to sway along with his humming. Kris started to glare at him, but Lay didn't notice he was watching the door! his main target. >

Kris: Be quiet!

Lay: ♫ ♪ hmmmm... Hmmm ♫♪ hmmmm ♫ ♪ Ahh I suddenly feel like listening to this song! * he pulls out his IPod from his pocket, and searches in his bag for his headphones * Where are they? * his head was almost in the bag, desperately searching for his headphones *

Chen: Probably at home!

Lay: * looks behind him * No, I remember myself yesterday putting them on the nightstand near the bed. I woke up, went to the bathroom. Brushed my teeth * he started to talk in a low tone, as if he was replaying everything he has done yesterday in his mind *  I grabbed them, put them in my bag.. No, before that I took the watch from the table and wore it, and then I grabbed my headphones and put them in.. No.. OH! * he hits his forehead with his hand * I forgot them on the table.. Aaah * he looks out from the window again *

Xiumin: Call Luhan and tell him he should get it for you!

Lay: Good idea!

< He called Luhan and asked him to bring his headphones. Lay started to hum a song again, Kris sighed deeply, and glared again. >

Kris: Can you please be quiet for a bit?

Lay: ♫ ♪ hmmmm... Hmmm ♫♪

Xiumin: Yixing! He's talking to you!

Lay: Me? * he looks at Xiumin and points at himself *

Kris: Yes you! * he said in a sharp tone *

Lay: Okay, you can talk to me in a normal tone too! * he turns his head to look out the window again * OH! LUHAN! * he slides the door open for him to get into the van *

< Luhan got into the van, threw the headphones on Lay's lap, and sat behind, next to Xiumin and Tao. >

Kris: Why so early?

Luhan: * ignored Kris and started to listen to what Xiumin was talking about *

Xiumin: He threw me off the bridge, and I suddenly woke up.. I was so frightened! That was one of the worst nightmares ever!

Tao: Luhan was sleep-talking today! * he looked at Luhan *

Luhan: For real?

Tao: Hmm * he nods and looks at nothing. He stayed quiet for a few seconds then started to imitate Luhan * Zàijiàn Seol.... hyun.. Zài..jiàn

< Xiumin bursted out laughing, while Luhan smiled to himself, Tao proceeded with his imitation >

Tao: Zàijiàn Seol-

Luhan: Okay, Okay we got it * he interrupted him *

Xiumin: Who's Seolhyun?

Tao: His love from his childhood

Luhan: She was just my friend.

Tao: Note that she was just his friend.. Nothing more~

Luhan: I was 9 years old for god's sake!

Tao: He didn't know what love meant, until he met her....

< Xiumin couldn't help but to laugh, even Chen who wasn't listening to everything they were saying started to laugh like crazy, joining the conversation. Luhan sighed, crossed his arms and leaned back annoyed. >

Chen: No, for real now, who is Seolhyun?

Luhan: * sighed * A friend..

< Everyone stayed quiet, waiting for Luhan to proceed. Instead he kept silent >

Xiumin: Interesting...

Chen: How about proceeding with the mysterious story?

Luhan: * released a deep sigh * Alright.. * he leaned forward. He their full attention. *
