Yunho and Jaejoong were bestfriends, but if people looked at them, they would think the exact opposite of how close they are with each other, they practically lived together in the same neighborhood nearly their whole childhood, they still do, their houses are exactly right next to each other, fence to fence. Jaejoong moved to Yunho’s neighborhood when he was 5 years of age, how they both met? Here’s how it went.. When Jaejoong first moved, he had some trouble in his new school and meeting new friends. One of those days, he was just walking around the park that was next to his new home, when he saw some kids that went to his new school, and you could basically say that Jaejoong was their personal ‘Punching Bag’ for being too weak and fragile.

After he saw the 4 boys walking up to him, he stiffened a bit and started to walk in an opposite direction, until he was suddenly pushed to the ground from a fierce force that he felt push him on his back.. “Aah!” Jaejoong screamed as the 4 other kids kept kicking and punching him on various parts of his body and for how fragile he used to be, he could end up in an Emergency room from all those hard bruises on his slender body, until he heard an un-familiar voice calling out, “Hey! Leave him alone!” Jaejoong couldn’t look up from all the pain he was in. “Oh yeah?! And why should we exactly?! Who are you anyway?!” “My name is Yun—“ Jaejoong couldn’t catch his name properly until he felt a hand grabbing him by the arm and being held up trying to stand as hard as he could with all that pain shooting through his weak body. “You better leave him alone, Hyun joong, you do know that I can expel you right? You do know that my dad owns the school YOU and YOUR friends are in right? And I could do more than just that to you..” “Oh, I’m sorry, I won’t ever do that to your friend again I’m so sorry!” Then Hyun Joong and his buddies fled the area immediately.

The kid turned to look at the injured boy in his hands and shook him a little and Jaejoong slowly started sliding from his arms towards the ground but catching him mid-air, “You must’ve out haven’t you? *Sigh*” The kid then lifted Jaejoong in his arms bridal-style, ‘he feels so light…’ The kid thought, it was quite true though. The hero kid, for a 6 year old, was quite tough for his little age, his father trained him martial arts and a lot of other fighting techniques. The kid lifted Jaejoong over to his house the whole way down the street to his own home, for that he didn’t know where Jaejoong lived really, but the boy looked slightly familiar to him he thought. The kid’s parent’s weren’t home until dinner, so he was going to be with the boy alone until he wakes up in some time. 1 Hour passed by, and then Jaejoong slowly crept his little eyelids open slightly into a dim light, and slowly fluttered again until his eyes opened widly.

‘This feels weird…’ Jaejoong thought, He looked around to his left and saw a window before fixing up into a sitting position on the bed, still lying on it, he looked around and he didn’t remember his room looked like that, he then looked to his right and slightly jumped when he saw another boy staring right at him, he nearly fell off of the bed. “Wha- What happened? Wh-where am i? W-who are y-you?..” “You got beat up by some bullies at the park and you fainted I guess? So I bought you here, since I have no idea where you live.. You look too weak though, don’t you eat?” “I’m s-sorry! I put you through this t-trouble..” “Nah, it’s okay, my name’s Jung Yunho btw, what’s yours?” “My names’ K-kim Jaejoong.. Thank you for helping me Yunho *Bows*” “No problem, and nice to meet you Jaejoong! You look kind of familiar to me.. Do you go to Jungs' school?” “Y-Yeah, I do.” “So that’s you! The new kid right?!” “Y-yeah, I think you can say that *Blush*” “We better be friends, Hyung *Grabs his hand and shakes it*” “*Looks at their hands shaking together* T-thank you, and we will *Smiles*”

12 years later..

Yunho rang Jaejoong’s doorbell several times holding his skateboard with his left hand, since he just likes the way it sounds in his ears reminding him of their childhood. Yunho walked back to stand on the front porch screaming while looking at Jaejoong's window “JAEJOONGIE! COME ON! WE’RE LATE AGAIN!” Jaejoong then opens his window and throws his bag at Yunho “SHUT UP! I’M COMING!” “YOU BETTER HURRY THEN!” And then Yunho wonders to himself why he loves this pretty boy.. ‘Woah! W-wait! P-pretty boy?!’ W-What?!’ His thoughts get cut by Jaejoong jumping on him, probably putting all his slight weight on yunho. Yunho loved hugging him, he doesn’t know why, but he just feels like Jaejoong just fits there perfectly between his arms, He’s been having these weird feelings since a year ago, but he always brushed them off. “Come on! Why are you spacing off for?!” Jaejoong grabbed Yunho's hand and starts running towards their school, they usually go there walking together, since their that close, like their houses are practically stuck to each other, and their school is kinda close too so yeah.

“Hey! Hyung! I’m the one who was waiting for you this whole time!” “Wh- Aah!” Yunho just suddenly lifts him up and rides on his skateboard, making his way to the school’s gates, Yunho just lifted Jaejoong bridal-style because he was just running too slow like a weak girl. “One minute until the gates close! I can see the guards making their way to them!” Jaejoong got used to Yunho always lifting him up, so he doesn’t mind it anymore, “You do know that my dad owns the school right?!” Yunho screams breathlessly while still skating as fast. “Yeah but still!” “Just shut up you weak girl!” “Yah! I’m not a girl!” Yunho just laughs off. They made their way through the gates just in time when it was just 1 foot from getting closed. They both run off up the stairs basically racing each other to their first class, Art. They both grabbed a seat at one of the tables at the end of their class-room, Two can sit on one table only, so they were left by themselves.

“Alright kids! Grab your brushes! We’re gonna paint some pictures today using our own imagination!” Their art teacher explained. Each student grabbed their own brush and started thinking about what their gonna paint today, “I think I’m gonna draw something that relates to nature” Jaejoong said. “I don’t have any idea what I’m gonna even paint for the rest of the year” Sighed Yunho. Half an hour through their class, “Hyung what are you Pai-….Wha- What’s that? Butterflies? Pink Butterflies? Seriously Hyung?!” Yunho starts laughing in his place until he fell off of his chair straight to the floor, “Don’t make fun of my drawings Yunho!” “Hahaha! Fine just help me up!” Jaejoong bends down to help his retarded friend up to his feet only to be pulled down right on him instead. “What the hell Yunho!” Yunho just starts laughing hysterically. Jaejoong then brushes a bit of pink and purple paint from his brush on Yunho’s cheek only to be brushed back at the same spot with dark blue paint on his white skin, until their laughter faded off slowly while staring at each others eyes intensely. “Boys, Can you please get up and head to the principal’s office please?” They both suddenly snap out of their trances and look up on to see a bunch of students staring at them holding in their laughter and girls just holding in their giggles.

They both stand up awkwardly walking outside the class making their way to the principal’s office knowing there’s eyes staring at them from behind their backs. When they reach the outside of their class into the empty hallways, they start laughing again, and they both look at each other, “Look at your face hyung!*Laughs*” “Look at your face first, you look so pretty with pink! *Laughs*” “Yah! Hyung! You have to respect people who are older than you” Yunho tries making an angry face but starts laughing again while staring at his best friend’s face again. They both just walk towards the principal’s office. “So boys, this is the 10^th time you get in trouble this month, and I’m afraid I’m going to have to give you an after school detention, and you have to clean the halls after school on Thursday, that’ll be your detention, both of you will be together” said the head principal. Yunho tried to protest since his dad owns the school but he was cut off by his dad walking in. “Yunho, son, I can not keep you on getting off of your own mistakes, you have to learn from them, therefore, you have to attend this detention, and you too, Jaejoong, ok?” “B-But a-appa!” “No buts son! You will and by all means WILL be in detention with your friend this Thursday agreed?” “Y-Yes dad, Agreed..” After his dad and the principal left the room to talk about something outside.

“I tried hyung..” “It’s ok Yunho! What could be more fun than spending the end of the day with you?! Look at the bright side! Atleast we could be there together!” “Yeah, you’re right” Then Yunho just starts tickling Jaejoong’s side knowing that he’s most ticklish there, and Jaejoong just starts begging him to stop through his loud laughter, and Yunho immediately stops when his dad and principal enter the room. “Well boys, you can leave now, but you’re still staying after school tomorrow for your detention” said the Principal. “Yes sir..” They both said in low voices looking at the floor.

While Yunho and Jaejoong were walking together back to their lockers, since their classes finished when the time passed by fast while they were at the principal’s office. Jaejoong was walking behind Yunho until Yunho hears a loud crash against the lockers right behind him and a whimper that sounded so familiar to him, he just turns fast to look back and finds Jaejoong leaning slowly sliding against the lockers behind him, head resting on them while he was holding his right arm with his other hand eyes closed sharply. “Jaejoong! Are you ok?!” Yunho bends down to check on his hyung. His Hyung. Nobody is allowed to do that to him. Nobody. Yunho then looks up, looking straight into Hyun Joong’s eyes, “Hyun Joong.” Yunho huffs harshly with his manly voice. Hyun Joong just smirks at Yunho’s face. “How many times do I have to tell you not to ever touch Jaejoong?!” Yunho and Hyun Joong are just about the exact same height, “Let me Cou-“ Hyun Joong was cut off with a punch on the face, hard. Hyun Joong stumbles back to his group of friends, “You know what I can do to you in this schoo right?! Do i have to keep on reminding you and your friends that? Is that how much you want it to happen?!” Yunho always used that excuse on Hyun Joong and his friends, since it always worked on them and scared them off without making much trouble.

Hyun Joong just stands up glaring right into Yunho’s eyes, While Yunho was just smirking evilly to his face. After Hyun joong slowly walked away with his friends, Yunho hurriedly bended down to check on his slender friend, “Hyung! Are you ok?!” “Y-yeah I t-think s-s- Aah!” Jaejoong just grabs his arm that was hit hard by the lockers next to him, “hyung! Your arm! Let me see!” “N-no! It-It’s o-ok!” “No! It’s not let me see!” Yunho just removes Jaejoongs’ hold on his injured arm and inspects his arm only to see a deep shade of red slide down to his hand, and he looks up only to see a long well-purpely-Bruised cut. “Hyung your arm! You’re hurt! I’m gonna have to kill that Hyun Joond one day, I really will dammit!” “N-No! It’s ok Yunho! Just forget it, it's not worth it, I’ll just go wash it off in the bathroom, j-just help me up.” “Your words won’t stop my hyung, you know that. Com'ere” Yunho holds Jaejoong up by his small waist slowly looking into his eyes. They seemed to be doing that a lot lately, haven’t they? They both walked to the empty boys bathroom and when Jaejoong was about to open the sink to clean his tall, deep cut, Yunho lifted him up from behind and sat him up on the counter so they can the same height, “Don’t worry hyung, I’ll take care of it *Smiles warmly*” “Y-Yunho..” “Sshh” Yunho puts a finger on his smaller friend’s lips staring into his eyes, “It’s okay, You trust me right?” Jaejoong just stays quite and looks down trying to hide his blushing face now, while Yunho took some tissues and started wetting them with some water and cleaning of the blood that’s sliding down his friends arm slowly and carefully, until he reaches the cut, Jaejoong jumps slightly “Aaahh, it burns..” “Sshh! It’s ok, I’ll just clean of the blood okay hyung? I won’t hurt you I promise.” And Yunho continues cleaning off the blood off of Jaejoong’s cut, while Jaejoong just keeps on bighting on his lower lip that was a deep shade of red by now, he then looks up only to see Yunho standing so close to him that he can feel his breath on his cheeks, they both stare at each other closely until Yunho starts to lean in slowly, slowly and slowly……

Only to get cut by a pack of boys barging in the bathroom, Jaejoong quickly jumps off of the counter wincing in pain, while Yunho just rushes to catch him in his hold incase he falls, because he knows how weak his friend is, he always protected him, since Jaejoong couldn’t take care of himself properly, he could barely protect himself, so Yunho had to look out for him a lot.

The day passed by fast, and then Thursday had come, and the time had passed away faster than any student had expected, Everybody rushing back to their homes to hang out with their friends and families, except for Yunho and Jaejoong, they stayed behind for their after school “Detention”. “Aaaaaahhhhh! I wanna go home and eat some of my mom’s Delicious food!” Jaejoong just slaps Yunho's arm playfully, “Stop whining and let’s start cleaning up so we can finish faster and just leave?” “Yeah ok Hyung, whatever you say.” And hour passed and they were half through, until Yunho splashed some water on Jaejoong from behind.

Jaejoong turned around suddenly “Yunho!! Don’t splash water on me! You know my hair can get right?” Jaejoong then just starts to twirl his soft hair around his finger playfully teasing his friend. “You’re so gay Hyung! I have taller hair than you and I don’t even do that with my hair!” Yunho then laughs at his own joke when he could suddenly feel some water being splashed on his face. “That’s for calling me gay.” Jaejoong just smirks and starts running off laughing hardly. “Yah! Hyung! Just wait! I’ll catch you and you’ll see what’ll happen!” They both start running off around the wet floors, until Yunho notices a really wet spot on the floor that was full of water that Jaejoong was running in the direction off, “Hyung! Wait! St-“ He couldn’t stop running after his friend after he see’s him sliding on the floor falling straight on his back, Yungo then slides right after him, slips, and falls right on top of Jaejoong.

Jaejoongs' eyes were shut closed, “aaahh..” Jaejoong moans in pain until he flutters his eyes open only to stare into Yunho’s dark eyes, They both stay still and quite, staring into each other’s eyes, eye-lids only half open, lips also a little parted, until Yunho slowly brushes off a bit of Jaejoong's strands of hair that were lying just above of his eyes and brushing his hand down his cheek. Slowly, So slowly, Yunho starts leaning down, both their eyes closed in the dim lighted corridors of their school, and then suddenly, Yunho burshes his lips against Jaejoong’s soft pink/red lips, until it turns into a passionate tender kiss. “I-I think I love y-you hyung..” Jaejoong slowly opens his eyes, “I-I think I L-love you too… oppa..” They then kiss again another passionate kiss. ‘Guess I’m not the only Gay one in this friendship, or should I call it friendship or relationship now? I don’t know’ Jaejoong thought. “I think you could call it a deep true relationship, my love” “Wh-what?! Did I just say outloud?” Yunho laughs softly “Yeah, Yeah you did” Jaejoong then blushes hard again and looks away shyly, Yungo holds his chin up with his two tall fingers, to make Jaejoong look into his eyes, “I love it when you blush, I think I’m gonna make you blush more often”.
