Aimee is not the typical American teenager

During her sophomore year in highschool she makes the ultimate decision: going for her dreams
With that she auditions for SM Entertainment and contrary to public opinion this caucasian wonder is signed as a trainee and on April 4th 2011 she becomes the first ever non asian trainee SM has.
not by 4 months later she is pulled aside by non other than Choi Jin, Shinee's manager and within an hour she is driven to her new home.

not the greatest vocals but a smooth relaxing voice

ok so the story line can get a bit confusing so here's some help!!
1. PRESENT TIME FOR THE STORY IS 2014
PAST TIME FOR THE STORY IS 2011 {or whatever date is stated}
2. try to read the setting descriptions i put after every page break! they will help you understand a lot about where/when :D
3. big sections in italics = present {2014}
big sections NOT in italics = past {time stated in setting desc.}
4.told mostly from Aimee's POV with some author POV but don't worry i'll tell you when i do it ;)
5. /sighs/ yes i know it is sad but in the story it is August 12th 2014 and Shinee is indeed breaking up D: and so the stuff in italics is the "good bye" speech that is being made
BACKGROUND
Aimee joins shinee in 2011 and the stuff not in italics is her telling the story of her time with shinee while the stuff in italics is her giving the "good bye" speech {you'll see what happens with that *cough cough*}

Foreword
"Oppa..have you ever been in love?"
He hesitated for a moment, taking time to digest the question. I rolled over onto my side so that I was facing him but he didn't look at me. He simply folded his hands on is stomach and continued gazing at the stars.
Finally he spoke, "Not that I'm aware of..."
I don't know why but it made my heart hurt to hear that.
"Not even now?"
Now it was him that rolled onto his side to so we where facing each other. I looked away, not wanting him to look at him. But i could still feel his star. His eyes moved up and down my face, reading my every emotion. I busied myself with a thread tangling out of the blanket we bother laid on.
Years must have swept by, yet he did not answer, only looked at me. I rolled again onto my back an looked for constelations in the cloudless sky.
"I don't know"
My head snapped side ways to look at him. I instantly regretted it. He was still lying there, eyes on me, a small smile dancing on those perfect lips.
I sighed, "Of course you don't"
