Chapter 1 - Meeting in the toilet
Not what you expected~
English is not my native language, so please understand if the grammar or spelling isn't correct.
Words between 'word' are thoughts.
Words between "word" are said.
Shopping. Something you loved, but.. NOT with your mom.
Every once in a while she decided that you needed a day out
with your mom'and being a nice daughter,
you were always very enthousiastic about it.
You were just an ordinary 18 year old girl.
A little chubby, with black hair that reached your shoulders.
You have always been quite shy
and you lived in a smaal city in South Korea.
Your name was Moo Yi. You liked cooking a lot,
that's why you were having a job at a small restaurant
around the corner of the street you were living.
Even though it wasn't that popular,
a lot of people who came there mentioned that the
food you made was very good.
Today it was finally time to go shopping with your mom again.
Your mom has been looking forward to it for ages,
in contrary to you. You tried not to mention it at all,
so maybe she would forget, but of course she didn't.
You liked your mom, but you didn't have a really good bond
with any of your family members. Not your mom,
nor your dad or your older adopted brother Yongguk.
Especially not him. It's not like you hate each other,
you just both liked it better to be alone.
It was already 10AM when you left with your mom to Seoul.
When you arrived there, you were really thirsty, so you told
your mom and got something to drink with her.
While sitting at a table in a cafe, you were just chatting a bit
with each other until she said: "Why don't you like your brother?"
You became silent for a moment. "It's not that I don't like him"
you replied. "Then why don't you talk to him?" she asked,
looking into your eyes. You frowned and shrugged before you said:
"He doesn't talk to me either and we both don't mind".
"Your father and I really want you two to get a strong bond"
your mother said before biting her lip and sighing
and saying what she wanted to say.
"That's why we've decided that you and your brother will be living
together here in Seoul for a while".
'WHAT?!' you thought, but you replied calmly,
since you knew your mother would get mad if you would speak up.
"I don't think that's a very good idea, mom"
"Your father and I have already decided" she stated,
making it clear to you taht it wouldn't change, whatever you'd say.
You suddenly got really angry, but knowing it would only make it worse,
you stood up, trying to control yourself before you ran away.
'That crazy woman!' you thought, while running into the toilets.
You sat down against the wall, hiding your face in your hands,
already softly crying.
Because you were hiding your face, you didn't notice someone walking in.
"Pretty girls like you shouldn't cry" You heard and you immediately stood up,
surprised that there was another person.
You couldn't see who it was since your vision wasn't clear because of the tears,
so you wiped your tears and saw a tall man standing in front of you
with a grin on his face.
Even though he looked a little erted with his grin, he was really handsome.
He seemed like a model.
"You shouldn't be in the guy's toilets either" he said, grinning even wider.
You looked around you and noticed you really were in the toilets from
the different gender.
'Oh ...' you thought, before you bowed and said "Mianhae sir"
to the guy and quickly ran away to the female's toilet.
The guy looked at you running away while he raised his eyebrows
and chuckled. "Cute!" he said, loud enough for you to hear it while running away.
