This idea actually came from eunhae_holic86 at LiveJournal when I asked for random WonKyu AU ideas long, LONG time ago. It had always been there at the back of my mind, and yesterday, for no reason at all, it suddenly came to life ._. But then again, age difference has always been one of my kinks, so yeah, no surprise there lol

So I did some research about the age of consent in South Korea, and after a lot of zomg's and wtf's, let me just say that because this fic is set in South Korea, Siwon is not legally guilty of statutory despite Kyuhyun's being sixteen. There are some contradicting sources though, so I'm not sure how correct I am. According to ageofconsent.com, it's actually 19, but so far in my foray, there are only two other sources saying the same There is also one which says that under one law it's 13, but under another law it's 19. Idk maybe it's a murky territory because people don't like talking about it or something.

ANYWAY. Let's pretend, for the sake of this fic, that Kyuhyun is legally of age. However, if the subject still makes you feel uncomfortable, please don't continue reading.
