I went to his house almost everyday just to finish the project as quickly as possible.
 
But we couldn't seem to finish,Ilhoon kept coming up with more stuff and we kept adding in.
 
"Aish stop adding stuff in,we could have finished this last week!"
 
"Do you want your grades or not?"
 
I frowned and shoved my stuff in my bag,"That's it,you finalize everything.Once you're happy,tell me okay?"
 
"Yah yah,"he tugged on my bag,"Fine we'll finish it now okay?"
 
"That's better."
 
We continued with our work and Ilhoon kept looking at me. He was working even slower than before.
 
I looked at him,"Do your work for goodness sake."
 
He smiled slightly,"Eunmin ah."
 
"Hmm?"
 
"I'm older than you right?"
 
"Yeah so?"
 
"So can you-"
 
"Oh no,don't ask me to treat you with respect because I can't."
 
He chuckled,"Aniya,I'm fine with you calling me yah all the time,but,can you try calling me something else?"
 
"Like what?"
 
"Oppa?"
 
I nodded,"Okay I'm fine with that."
 
He jumped up,"What you serious?"
 
"Yeah?"
 
"Woah I wasn't expecting that."
 
"What,you expect me to beat you up first?"
 
He laughed,"No no not that."
 
"Okay,quickly work,I need to go back."
 
He became quiet all of a sudden and he did his work.
 
It was close to midnight and we finally finished everything.
 
"Wah,we're finally done." I stretched my aching body.
 
He closed his laptop,"Yeah,I guess."
 
"Yah,what's with that gloomy face?We're done!"
 
He smiled slightly,"Yeah yeah lets get you home."
 
We walked back and he was being really quiet.
 
I looked at him,"Feeling okay?"
 
"Not really."
 
"Waeyo?"
 
"Its over."
 
"What is?"
 
"Well we're not going to work together like this again right?"
 
"Isn't that what you wanted?"
 
He grabbed my hand suddenly,"It was,but I want something else now."
 
I stared at him blankly,"W-What?"
 
He pulled me close to him and kissed me gently.
 
I froze,literally shocked.
 
His lips were warm against mine and my thoughts were hazy.
 
He pulled away and watched me carefully,my mind was blank.
 
My legs crumbled and he caught me,"Woah woah careful there."
 
He held me tight and I tried regaining my balance.
 
He gazed into my eyes,"I'm not going to apologize,I wanted to do that."
 
I pushed his hands away from me slowly,"When did you ever apologize?"
 
I turned away from him and walked back.
 
"Eunmin ah."
 
I covered my ears and ran.
 
He caught me and hugged me tight.
 
Tears flowed down my cheeks. I felt so scared all of a sudden.
 
"Don't run away from me,don't leave me please."
 
I calmed myself down and he turned me to face him,"Don't cry."
 
He wiped my tears and held my face.
 
"Eunmin ah,I really like you,I don't know since when,probably somewhere along the past few months.I don't want to see you with anyone else."
 
I stared at him,"So what?"
 
He took a deep breath,"Will you be my girlfriend?"
 
I closed my eyes and took his arms off,"I don't know,what is this?Is this even you right now?Where did that rude guy go?That guy that always made me angry?What is going on?Why are you doing this?I'm so confused!"
 
He hugged me tightly and hit his chest,"Go away!"
 
He hugged me tighter until I stopped crying.I felt so weak in his arms.
 
"Eunmin ah."
 
"Shut up."
 
"Listen to me."
 
"I want to go home."
 
"I'll walk you back."
 
"Just let go!"
 
He pulled away and held my hands,"Its late,I'll walk you back."
 
He held my hand and walked me back home.All my energy was drained.
 
We stood outside my door and he tucked my hair behind my ear.
 
"I don't want it to be the last time I walk you home."
 
I looked away,avoiding his eyes.
 
"Sleep well okay?"
 
"Yeah right,sleep after giving me a shock like that."
 
He chuckled,"Goodnight pretty."
 
He kissed my forehead and left.
 
I went in and dumped myself on the sofa.
 
What was that all about? Aish,must he do this? Not that I don't like him or anything. He's quite nice when you know him but I didn't expect that.
 
Now that I think of it,I kind of liked him.I grumbled and went to my room.
