Imagine: 

You are always fond of teddy bears. Kibum knows this, being your childhood friend and all. On the day of your birthday, Kibum asked if you are free. He said he'll take you out. Having a crush on him, you said yes immediately. Realizing that, you hoped that he didn't hear the enthusiasm. He laughed and ruffled your hair. "I'll pick you up later, okay?" He fetched you and you hung out, like the usual. There's nothing special, really, so you felt disappointed yet happy nonetheless because he is with you. He brought you to your apartment. Since you're so close with each other, you always let him in and you even gave him a spare key. As soon as you opened the door, the whole place was covered in teddy bears: stuffed toys, balloons, even a cake! You felt a pair of arms wrapping around your waist as he whispered: "Sorry this day hadn't turned out like what you expected. I had to get you out for a while, to have all this prepared. Happy Birthday, princess~" you turned around and he gave you one of his killer smiles "I like you" he whispered, and planted a kiss on your cheek. ♥
