Hello ... today, me and oppa went to clinic for monthly check up. Aigoo ... i think, he really dont like hospital. I can saw from his face. neurotic desease. but after he meet the doctor, his face was full of excited. Of coz he excited, he watch his baby on the monitor ... kiki ... throughout my pregnancy, im always got morning sickness and also felt nausea ... i felt uncomfortable about it ... that is why today we went to clinic, because we need some advice and tips since this is our 1st time.

today also, i learn something from my pregnancy. Well the doctor told me really detail about pregnancy. Since it already 4 weeks, she just explain what happen with my baby development in 1st trimester.

during 1st trimester, my body undergoes many changes. Hormonal changes affects almost every organ system in my body. The other changes that started to feel are extreme tiredness, morning sickness, cravings, headache and gains weight. as body changes, i should need to arrange my daily activity espcially OPPA. I really need him so much ... 

to my baby ... this week, youre are going to be embryo. well, youre brain, spinal cord and heart begun to form. youre arm and legs buds also will appear. stay healthy okay ... hwaiting
