btw, guy, I didn't intend on writing angst for the past chapter(s), it's just the songs- ;A;

It was in his lips. It was in his kiss. It was in his touches, and his fingertips. It was in his everything, that made him who he was. Yifan wasn't sure what it was, but he loved it.

Yifan knew he had to leave at some point but he'd always question himself, 'Why should I?'

As soon as the clock struck twelve, he'd get up of the bed, look over his lover's form before proceeding to leave. The latter would then wake up, and ask if Yifan would like to stay. 

He didn't knew the answer. Just like he didn't know the answer to "Are you alright, Yifan?" whenever he stops at his door, when he's about to step outside. And also to the question he always asks himself, 'Why am I doing this?'

He wished he knew the answer. But he knew that if he left, he wouldn't know the answer. So he doesn't.

He wouldn't see him for a long while, but somehow he would come crawling back to the man. He found it hard to stay away from him. He was so addictive. Everything about him was so fresh, and new. 

He finds him perfect, gorgeous and all the synonyms, all in one person.

But midnight was when he found every single thing about Byun Baekhyun, irresistible. 

He'd groggily rub his eyes and make his way to the door, clutching Yifan's hands. Yifan would press a kiss on Baekhyun's lips before releasing a breath he didn't know he was holding. Baekhyun would toy with the collar of his shirt, his fingertips trailing along his collarbones before pulling him down for another kiss. Even though a soft 'Goodbye' leaves his lips, his eyes would plead for him to stay. 

Usually, he'd leave straight away. 

Usually, he'd say no. 

But just for tonight, he would stay.
