This quote is especially applicable to Chunji.
He finds himself on the borderline of failing his vocal class, just because he had been sleeping during it.
Luckily, the teacher made them a deal:
If they audition for the district talent show, they will be bumped up to a pass.
So what happens when Chunji misses his opportunites, and must ask the weirdest girl in the school to audition with him?
Foreword
The teacher faced the unenthusiastic and lazy class.
"Now, most of you are failing. You all know that. So, I will make you all a deal."
The class sighed collectively. The teacher's "deals" were always often very boring.
"There is a district wide talent show coming up, and I want everyone who's failing to participate."
With this, a lot of people perked up.
The teacher continued, "This talent show will be filmed and possibly aired on TV, so for the sake of our school, please do well!"
"However, there are a couple of rules. FIrst off, you must audition in a group or a duo. Also, you must provide your own accompaniment. I will be a judge there, and so I hope to see you all trying your best and not chickening out at the last minute."
"You have this whole week to prepare. Good luck!" The teacher finished happily.
The class all exchanged glances, except for Chunji, who was sleeping as usual.
One week? They all thought. I must get the good singers/rappers/musicians quickly before they are chosen!
With that, the class (minus Chunji) went into a loud and messy scramble for the best vocal students among them.
When Chunji woke up, everyone had already claimed their groups and partners.
What will he do?
