One month ago

 

Finally we got some time to spend together, I really looking forward for our date.  It has been one month we have not met because you are busy with your preparation for comeback and I don’t want to disturb your work.

 

We already agree to meet at our favourite café, the one he propose to be his special girlfriend.

 

He: Babe, I only get to eat lunch with you.

Me: Lunch only?

He: Sorry babe, I get other things to do.

 

I am pouting when I heard that.  Only this lunch after a month.  I look at him.  He keep look at his watch and his phone. We did not talk much because he busy with his phone.  Texting someone, as a good girlfriend I don’t want to disturb his privacy.  I am good right?

 

He: Babe, I got to go.

 

I am pouting again.  He just smiles and before he goes, he plants a quick kiss on my forehead.  I like it!

Let’s do some shopping this weekend!

 

From: Shasha

 

Yeay, finally I find someone to hang out with.  I ask him for date but he can’t because of his work. 

 

Finally the weekend arrives.

 

Shasha: I miss you so much.

Me: Me too!

 

So we start our activity and stop for a dinner.

 

Shasha: How is your love story between him and you?

Me: He quiet busy lately, we just text each other.

 

Shasha nod her head.

 

Shasha: Nana, I saying this as your friend.

Me: You make me scare, when you talk like that.

Shasha: I think you should check on him.

Me: Why? I don’t want to disturb his privacy.

Shasha: Please Nana.

Me:  Ok, I will do it.

 

I feel something going off when Shasha said about this matter to me.

That night, I tried to send a text to him.

 

To: Him

 

Miss you so much!

 

From: Me

 

After 3 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour still got no answer.  As far as I know he will back to his family house tonight.  Maybe I should try to call him.

 

Trut…trut…trut…

 

He: Babe, I call you back!

 

Then he disconnects my call.  Ok, that is weird.  He never does this before.  Ok, maybe I should wait for him. 1 hour, 2 hours and I did not realize it was already morning.

 

To: Him

 

Lets go for date!

Ok, usual place!

 

From: Me

 

Yeay, I got a date! Right now I already wait for him.  It has been one hour. 

 

He: Sorry babe.

Me: Why took so long?

He: Hehe, what we gonna eat?

Me: How about you choose this time?

He: Okie dokie.

 

He chooses for our lunch.  After lunch went for shopping and again, he busy with his phone.  Suddenly he got a phone call, and he try to go a little bit far from me.

 

Me: Who?

He: Who?

Me: Who is calling?

He: Nah, just someone I know.

Babe, lets dinner together.

After 3 minutes.

 

To: Me

 

Sorry, I got some work at the studio.

 

From: Him

 

Aishh, it is really hard to meet him now a day.  I miss him so much right now.  Ah, maybe I can make surprise by visiting him at studio while bring something for dinner.  I had done this before, he was so happy.  I went to fast food restaurant to buy something.

 

I already arrive at the studio, I preparing to enter the studio but I heard someone giggling.  A man and a woman voice.  I start to feel uneasy, close my eyes, get some strength, I just brave open the door slightly.

 

Yes, I can see him.  Wait!  What he is doing right now make my leg become numb, I cannot breath, I feel like I want to puke.  Thanks to the one who save me.

 

Savior: Nana! What are you doing here?

 

I look at him.  He looks really shock to see me here.  I don’t know how to respond to his question.

 

Me: See, I really got to go.

 

I just left him.  I just realize not only him there but also the other members of his band.  I don’t care about that, what I gonna do right now is, out from this place, out from this situation.

Today

 

Here we are.  Stuck in this café.  About two hours.  You didn’t budge even an inch.

 

I am still waiting, waiting for your answer

Still the silent sit between us.  Silent that already haunting you make us stuck here for two hours.

i walk away with a little hope that he will come and chase me.
