Hye Jin's POV/Your POV

I felt so grateful at that moment.It wasn't a time for me to insult him.It wasn't a time for me to reject or deny

like I always do.It was a time to accept.And I did.I place my hand on his."Thank you,Luhan".I softly

said.My face was really wet due to my crying earlier.He looked at me like I said something wrong.I wouldn't

blame him though.I would be like that too.He must be thinking I'm some sort of bipolar walking maniac right

now.He gave my hand an assuring squeeze which surprised me."If you need help,don't hesitate to call for

me,okay?".He informed like a protective person.I kind of forget that he was 2 years above me?.I

nodded.Then suddenly,my stomach made a really inhumane noise.I made a face.He chuckled."My mom

already cooked.Let's eat together".Luhan said as he pulled me up by the arm.I followed him to the dining

hall.It only took less than 5 steps to reach there.That was when I realized that Luhan's house is relatively

small.I sat on the chair as his mom gave me a plate full of rice.I saw the dishes that she made.They were

all chinese food.I didn't complain,though.I love chinese food.I ate the bak kut teh,dim sum and the steamed

fish.I think my life is complete now.They were so delicious.Luhan looked at me as I stuffed the food in my

mouth.I realized I was eating in a very unlady-like way.I cleared my throat and took a sip of water.Luhan

smiled."It's alright,eat more".He said.His mom looked at me."Don't you have homecooked meals at

home?".She asked,curious.I swallowed my food before I talked."I do have but,they don't taste like

these.The food that you cooked are like my mom's cooking,My mom isn't actually alive anymore...".I told

her and tried not to be emotional.She nodded knowingly."You can come over anytime you want,then.Just

look for Luhan in school". His mom said and smiled at me.After dinner,Luhan lead me into his room."You

can sleep here for the night".He said.I furrowed my eyebrows."What about you?".I asked,confused.He

smiled."I'm sleeping downstairs".He stated.As he was leaving,I pulled him by his arm.Damn,those

muscles.He turned to face me."Luhan,....I..".I didn't even know what I was saying,honestly.I wanted to say

something,but I couldn't.He looked at me,waiting for a proper response.I let go of his arm.He gave me a

look and pointed to a cupboard."You can use my clothes if you want.They would be much more comfy than

the ones you're wearing now." He explained and left me alone in his room.I frowned."It's not about the

clothes!".I thought.My eyes wandered around the room.I saw pictures of Luhan when he was young.He

looked cute.Well of course he would because,his face didn't even change!.Like frozen in time or 

something.There were some medals and trophies on the shelves above.I couldn't really see it but I

assumed they were for his basketball.I nodded approvingly.He is talented.I lay down on his bed.It smells

like him.A really nice scent.I sat up and opened the cupboard next to the bed.Yes,Luhan's room is that small

that you can reach his cupboard from his bed.I saw oversize t-shirts,boxers,underwears,what the eff am I

looking at honestly?.I feel like a ert.I quickly took one oversize t-shirt and a loose pants and changed

into it.A knock on the door startled me."Come in".I said.The doorknob was turned and I saw Luhan

standing in between the doorframe,looking at me.He let out a small laugh."That outfit is really huge,you

look like you're swimming in it".He said.I rolled my eyes."Aren't these the only size you have,sir?.So I have

no choice but to wear them".I said,teasing him.He smiled."I guess I better go sleep now.get some

rest,okay?.Tell me if you want to go home." He told me before closing the door.I lay down again.A few

minutes passed and I slowly drifted into a deep slumber.

"Mom!,Mom!!,please don't leave me!!.I

shouted,tears streaming down my face.My mom looked at me in pain and smiled."My beautiful Hye

Jin,you'll be alright.Don't forget to visit me once I'm gone okay".Those words escaped and I

think my heart literally stopped.She was bleeding non-stop and I couldn't stop crying.My dad was beside

her."Mom,don't say goodbye!,please!!." I pleaded so desperately."I love you,Hye Jin".Those were her last

words before she was gone forever."Exactly 5.10 pm." The doctor said as he recorded the

time.

"NOOOOO!!!!!".I screamed and woke up.Suddenly I felt a tear drop from my eye.It was a terrible

dream,but it felt real.,...because it happened before.Then the door flew open.It was dark and I could only

see a silhouette of a guy.Of course I knew who it was."Hye Jin,are you okay??,I heard you screamed.Is

everything alright??".He asked,worried."I had a nightmare".I whispered,loud enough for him to hear.He

came closer and sat beside me on the bed."Is there anything I could do for you?".He asked.I looked at

him.It was dark but I looked at him."Will you sleep next to me tonight?".I asked.It was quiet for a

moment."Of course".He replied.

Luhan's POV

It took me some time to reply to her favour.It's not that I didn't want to help her.I was a little dazed,truthfully,

when those words escaped her lips."Of course".I finally replied.She lay down and patted the space next to

her.I did as I was told."Luhan?".She called out my name."Hmm?".I asked."Have you ever felt like your life

could get any better than before?".She asked with a hint of sadness.I looked at her."It will get better.You

don't have to question it.Just give it some time.Like when it rains,it won't rain forever".I told her softly.I

could feel her hand holding mine under the covers.Her hand was so soft.I held it tighter.A few minutes

passed and I finally heard her breathing slowly.She was finally asleep again.I sat up and brushed her hair 

away from her face.I planted a soft kiss on her forehead.

"Hye Jin,....I think I'm in love with you".

I whispered the words I never thought I would.
