“Yoona, wake-up,” Luhan knocked on her door.

No replies.

“Yoon,” Luhan cooed, loud enough for Yoona to hear his melodic voice

Luhan could hear Yoona’s sleepy footsteps getting closer to where he was standing, “Lu- what are you doing –waking me up at… 5 in the morning?” Yoona mumbled sleepily.

“Just get ready will ya,” Luhan said, flashing his signature grin.

“But- why- where are going?” Yoona asked.

“Just be ready in 15 minutes, I’ll wait in the car downstairs, okay?” Luhan headed to the door.

Hearing the word ‘car’, Yoona was alert, “Wait- what car?”

“You’ll see a black car later,” Luhan exited the apartment, leaving Yoona to scratch her head in confusion.

Luhan yelled out fifteen minutes from outside, Yoona quickly rushed to the bathroom for a quick wash and sprinted to her room to get change.

Walking out of her apartment, clutching the phone in her hand, *should I call Luhan?*

There were a lot of black cars parked outside of her apartment, so which one was the one that Luhan was talking about?

Speed-dialing Luhan’s number, a honk sound suddenly filled the silent dead morning. Yoona slightly jumped on her spot, taken aback by the sound of the car honking. She looked for the only living car around, and was greeted by Smiley Luhan behind the wheel, he rolled the window down and leaned, “Hop on!”

“How did you get a car?” Yoona shrieked, obviously excited, seeing the car of her dreams, Volkswagen Scirocco R-line, only she planned on purchasing a white one, after she earned enough money. It would be nice to have a car for herself.

“Friend of mine lends it to me. Now seatbelt on, please and thank you for choosing air Luhan.” Luhan joked.

Yoona could only giggle.

The whole time Luhan was driving, Yoona wasn’t aware of where they were heading to, mainly because she was distracted to the view of place at that hour. Who knew it was amusing to see the bust streets of Seoul could be this peaceful.

“Yoon, look ahead.” Luhan instructed.

Yoona shifted her gaze to the billboard ahead of her, and gasped as they pass by it, “Why are we going to the subway station? –when we are in a car?” Yoona asked even more confused to when she was before.

“Because we are going far, and I don’t wanna drive the whole journey, remember Yesung; the guy who treated me last time?”

“Of course I know Yesung, he is my oppa.” Yoona answered.

“This is his car, and look-” he pointed to the guy standing near the entrance, “- there he is,”

Yoona nodded slowly, “That would explain the turtle stuffs in here,” she mumbled, playing with the stuffed turtle’s head in front of her. She briefly smiled back to the waving Yesung.

“Oppa, what are you doing here?” Yoona said to Yesung, getting out of the black car. Yesung raised his brow and pointed to the car behind her before chuckling, “Have a wild guess, Yoong.”

“Oh, oops! I should’ve known.” Yoona sheepishly giggled.

Luhan touched her shoulder from behind, “Let’s go, we have a train to catch,”

Yoona nodded and linked her arm with Luhan’s, “Oppa, see you around. Bye!” Yoona waved to him.

Luhan bowed his head and thanked him for the car.

“Okay, now won’t you tell me?” Yoona pled, as they stood on the moving escalator.

“You’ll see, very soon.” Luhan played with her fingers.

As they enter the train, Yoona wasn’t allowed to see the ticket. So she just sat there near the window and blankly stared at the ceiling. Luhan plopped down next to her and placed his head on top of her shoulder, “Yoona, are you still curious?” Luhan asked.

“Yes, where are you taking me? Huh.” Yoona poked his stomach, only to feel his abs, she could feel the heat on her cheeks.

“Yah, why are your cheeks so red? Are you okay, Yoon?” Luhan cupped her cheek and pressed his hand against her forehead, “Your temperature seemed okay, but why are you-” Luhan looked down to her finger on his stomach, “Oh, Yoon. What do you have in mind, huh?” Luhan chuckled as he patted her head and mumbled, “Cute.”

Yoona bored her gaze to Luhan, her Luhan. Who was smiling at her with his smile, that made her fell for him over again, his mesmerizing brown orbs, that were glittered with happiness and care, something about him that made Yoona changed but managed to stay the same mischievous and loving Yoona at the same time.

She playfully punched his shoulder, “Stop laughing. Now tell me where are we going?” Yoona changed the subject.

“Nope, I’m not telling.” Luhan protested but reached out his hand to give her, the ticket to get a glimpse but quickly pulled it back.

“Dobong-Gu! I get to see Umma!” Yoona shrieked.

Luhan nodded, “You kept on talking to her on the phone for the past few days, so why not visit her?” Luhan shrugged one shoulder.

Yoona was very touched by his thoughtfulness, “Thank you! She’ll love you! I know she will!”Yoona gave him a smooch on the cheek before hugging tightly by the neck, “Thank you, Lu.”

Luhan caressed her brown locks, his smile got wider, “Aw, My Yoon, loves me even more. That’s sweet.”

“Wow, I miss this place! I remember when I first I moved here, I could hear Taemin and a group of little boys running and laughing in joy. They were everywhere. Little troublemakers they were, few weeks after that, I became one of them; going from house to house, ringing on their doorbell then ran off, climbing trees- but that bit, Taemin would usually climb and I would count, how long would it take for Taemin to climb all the way to the top.” Yoona told Luhan, as they walked down to the familiar streets of Yoona and Taemin’s childhood’s neighborhood.

Luhan had his left hand dug inside his pocket while other hand was holding firmly to Yoona’s hand, locking his gaze to Yoona who was totally oblivious to, a smile began to spread upon his pink lips, learning more about his love one was somehow refreshing to him. And he couldn’t wait to know more.

Yoona tilted her head slightly and flung her arm that wasn’t holding Luhan’s hand, and breathe in the air, reminiscing the glorious memories she had growing up in the neighborhood, she didn’t know that being away from home for a long time could do this to her, make her feel like this. But she was very thankful to Luhan to bring her, to a place where the person, who raised her, besides her father, was living here.
