"Please understand," I said, avoiding his eyes.

"But hyung, you promised! You promised to stay with me forever," he replied, holding my arm in his.

"But this is wrong," I'm trying real hard to make him understand that this decision is the best for us.

Suddenly Key barged into the room without knocking [as usual] and shouts on top of his voice [as usual].

"Where is my rice cooker?! Somebody stole my rice cooker!"

Both of us ignored him, not interested in his missing-rice cooker, staring into each other's eyes instead. He is still waiting for a proper answer from me for doing this. And I on the other hand, am trying so hard to explain everything without hurting him, but there is no such way. He will end up hurt no matter what. Key suddenly shouted again after that when both of us choose to keep quiet, waiting for him to leave the room.

"All of us will die of starvation if you don't hand me my rice cooker!" he is talking nonsense again.

"Key, can you please leave?" I really want to say that, but no words manage to escape from my mouth out of guilt. He stares at both of us for a few moments before he muttered again after that.

"Ah.. I'm sorry.. please continue discussing what you two had been discussing about," he said and quickly left after that when he realized we are in a tense situation. I heard him shouting at the others few seconds later, asking for his rice cooker. Well, I'm glad he understands the current situation.

I turned to him again, but I feel so weak when I look at his face.

"Can I at least know why, hyung..?" his melancholy tone stabbed my heart.

"I.. I lied to you," I finally said. I saw him widen his eyes in shock.

"What do you mean, hyung?" he stuttered his words a bit. I am changing my image in his eyes, from good to bad. From an honest hyung to a hypocrite one. From a lover to a villain.

"I overheard your conversation with him just now. You said you trust me with all your heart, you know I'm different from all those guys, I'm different from Jun hyung, I'm.." and I can't finish my sentence when he suddenly cupped my face with both of his palms and he pressed his lips on mine.

"I'm saying those because I know who you are. I know you well, hyung," he said, smiling when he parted his face from mine a bit. A pure smile, and I know deep inside his heart, he is hoping for me to tell him that I'm joking. But I'm not..

I eyed his face, like I usually did. His skin is flawless; his eyes are sparkling, most likely because I cause him to shed tears few moments ago. He completes me, and I'm madly in love with him.

"But I lied," I said, took a few steps backwards. I feel so guilty for lying to my starlight. He looks confused with my statement.

"I lied more than once.." I said again, and I saw him make no move.

I took a deep breath. I can do this. I must. I don't want him to be happy with the lies I told. He has the right to know the truth even if the truth will hurt him.

"Remember our first kiss last week? When I told you that is my first kiss, I lied," I said it, word by word, clearly. I closed my eyes; I don't have the guts to look into his eyes.

"It hurts me when I heard you said you trust me, it hurts me even more when you said I'm not like Jun hyung," I muttered another line. I waited a few moments, gathering more strength inside so that I can end this soon. So that I can end this relationship. So that I don't have to lie to him anymore. So that I don't have to see his smile, happy to be by my side, not knowing I'm a liar.

"Whatever Jun hyung had done before, I did that too.." I finally said it, and I open my eyes right after that. I feel like thousands of knives stabbing my heart at the same time when I saw tears running down his cheeks.

"I'm sorry,"
