Hey everyone. As you know, I haven't updated in a while.

First and foremost, I want to apologize to my readers. I have a bad habit of not thoroughly planning out my stories before writing them. So, I'm currently revisting Melancholy Bleed's storyline. I realized my story really wasn't going anywhere, and ideas started popping into my head, so I'm rewriting it.

Again, I apologize. But I know that the new Melancholy Bleed will be much, much better. This happened A LOT in the past unfortunately. =__= So I'm making it crucial, very crucial, to carefully plot my stories before I begin them. If I'm not satisfied with my story, then I can't continue it that way.

AND SO MY READERS, LOOK FORWARD TO A BETTER MELANCHOLY BLEED. I don't wanna leave you guys hanging, so here are two very intense snapshots/previews/teasers of the story :)

"Hyukjae ssi..!"

Hyoyeon rushed forward, burying herself into his warm, firm chest. Her hands clung to the fabric of his jacket as she leaned into him, inhaling the faint, manly scent with a hint of tree bark that was Lee Hyukjae. Tears were suddenly flowing down her cheeks and into his shirt. Why she was so happy to see him, she wasn't all that sure herself, and frankly, she wasn't thinking of that. The only thing coursing through her mind was simply that he was here, with her.

The tears stopped, and Hyoyeon's thought process chilled. Warmth poured into her cheeks as she loosened her grip and slowly pulled away. 

What..What am I thinking? she questioned herself. Even though it was pretty dark, Hyoyeon refused to raise her head in fear that Hyukjae would see the redness on her face anyway. She took a tiny step back, timidly running a hand through her hair.

"S-sorry about that," she stuttered with an awkward laugh. "I...I don't know why I did that...Did I freak you out...?"

When her only response was silence, Hyoyeon looked up, wondering why Hyukjae hadn't answered her. In fact, he hadn't shown any sign of reaction period. Hyukjae's gaze lowered as hers lifted. Hyoyeon's mouth dropped, a shiver rippling up her spine. His eyes were radiating the faintest crimson glow, red seeming to pulse under his single lids. His normally deep brown irises were a good bit of shades darker, almost black. But what really made Hyoyeon's hair stand was the way he was just staring at her, his gaze somewhat crazed.

"Hyukjae ssi?" Hyoyeon just looked at him, waiting for a response. When she didn't get one, she shook his arm. "Hyukjae ssi?" A small, hopeful laugh slipped through her lips. "Hey, come on. You're kind of scaring me, you know...Not funny."

Hyukjae's eyes narrowed, and Hyoyeon was silenced. She swallowed, really scared now. She jumped when Hyukjae took a step forward, nearly stepping on her toes. She stepped back. He stepped closer. She stepped further. This went on until the back of her legs bumped into her bed. Hyoyeon glared a little, the whole situation ticking her off.

"Seriously, what's wrong with you?" she asked, though she could feel her own voice shaking. His eyes remained locked on her, and the madness within them was quickly transitioning into complete insanity. Heavy breaths began to push through Hyukjae's lips. He shot forward, and Hyoyeon heard herself squeal in shock. The next thing she knew, Hyukjae was on top of her on the bed, his strong hands pinning hers down by her wrists to the mattress.

Hyoyeon squirmed, confusion and fear bouncing around in her head, her heart hammering in her chest. What was going on? What was he doing?

"Hyukjae ssi! G-get off me!" She thrashed, though the effort was futile under his iron grip. "Let go! W-what are you do-"

The rest was muffled as a cold hand clamped over Hyoyeon's mouth. She stared at him with eyes like saucers, more waves of fear crashing into her mind. Small tears began to accumulate, falling when Hyukjae leaned down closer. Hyoyeon gasped fearfully into his hand. There was something else in his eyes, something that she'd seen before, but never at this intensity: hunger. From the look in his dark gaze, however, it looked more like extreme starvation, and now he was desperate. His thirst couldn't be controlled anymore.

He...He's going  to...

Hyoyeon was scared out her mind, and she let out a muffled, fearful whimper when Hyukjae opened his mouth, revealing a gleaming set of long, and very sharp, fangs.

Jessica's legs were beginning to scream their protests in the form of intense burning, but she pushed them to keep working. Hyoyeon ran beside her, and from the look on her face, she was getting pretty worn out, too. But they couldn't stop unless they wanted to become dog food.

A scream tore from Jessica's throat when she heard the massive creature crashing through the trees after them. Hot tears ran down her face. How were they going to get out of this?

"Hyoyeon!" she wailed, exhausted and losing hope. A glance over her shoulder, and the beast was right on their tail, snarling ferociously and snapping it's jaws.

"Don't look back!" Hyoyeon yelled, but Jessica could tell she was close to collapsing. "Keep running, Jessica! We'll find a way out!"

It only made Jessica feel worse, because she knew Hyoyeon was just trying to make her feel better. There was no way they could outrun a monster like the one behind them, which was rapidly gaining every second.

"Ah!" Jessica cried out as something caught her foot, and the ground flew up swiftly to meet her. She crashed into a rough pile of dry leaves and prickly twigs. Rising up shakingly on her palms, Jessica looked back, confirming that she'd tripped over an exposed tree root.

"Jessica!" Hyoyeon shrieked.

Fear was pulsing through Jessica's veins, coursing through her bloodstream. The monster's feral gaze locked onto her, and it sprang forward with a wild growl. Jessica scrambled to get back on her feet, but a sharp pain shot through her ankle, and she came tumbling back down onto the earth. She flipped over, screaming and crying as she frantically scooted away on her elbows from the vicious creature. It shook the ground as it landed, towering over her vulnerable state. It's canine face was twisted into the most wicked, savage scowl. It rose up onto it's powerful hind legs, muscles bulging through its shaggy, matted brown fur. It raised a massive arm, it's paw opening like a dreaful flower, razor claws glinting under the full moon.

Hyoyeon was screaming her head off, making a beeline towards Jessica.

Jessica's voice caught in . Her entire body was paralyzed as the creature brought its paw down.

And there we have it! Hopefully that will be satisfying until I start updating the new and improved chapters(How long that will take, God only knows.).

I thank all of you who are willing to wait around. But really, it doesn't matter to me who stays around and who doesn't. I'm writing this because...well...Because I want to. So if you all still wanna read it, thanks! If you don't, then that's alright, too :)
