After a visit to Earth, little Taeyeon had somehow grown up. She was now kind of mature. She left the old spoiled little girl to be a responsible woman.

 

However, the smile she used to have on her face disappeared. People use to think that angels live happily without any worry, but it's wrong… It's even worse for a angel who had fallen in love… and to make it worse, it was for a human...

 

"Taengo, take some rest, you have been working everyday" Yoona unnie said.

 

She shook her head, stubborn as always, kept flying from here to there.

Lately, their maknae was changed into a totally different angel. She was most hardworking angel of them all. She didn't rest, all the time helping people around.

 

Taeyeon left her unnies and kept busy in her stuff.

 

"Aigo… Ottoke, our maknae is really sad…" Sica said.

 

"Yeah, she wants to forget him and drowned herself working" Hyo stated.

 

"I miss the old lazy maknae…" Fany and Soo said too.

 

"I really prefer having her sleeping all day… rather than having her heartbroken" Seo said.

 

"I can see that she's tired, luckily, we never get sick…" Sunny said.

 

"Unnie, can't we do something to help her? Can we send her back to him?" Yuri asked Seo.

 

"It's not impossible, but it'll be really difficult…" Seo was thinking.

 

The only way that she could take human body again and not being discovered, was giving up using magic on Earth. It wasn't difficult to go to Earth, the matter was that they are observed while using magic, since they should used it carefully. 

 

"I don't want to send her" Sica said, frowning. "We're not even sure if the guy really loves her or not. How can we take such a risk and send our dear Taengo there, what if he's in love with another woman?"

 

"That will break her heart and obligate her to forget about him" Hyo said. "That's the worst way to push her to get over him"

 

"It's too harsh" Fany shook her head. 

 

"I'll make sure if he loves our girl or not" Sica said and left. 

 

"Sica, remember, don't do it too over" Yoona said.

It had passed three years, and Donghae still waited for her. -In reality, in heaven it was only 1 year, but on Earth, it was 3 years-

 

He walked along the seashore everyday, waiting to see her again. Today, he saw a girl on white, standing there, his eyes opened wide and he run toward her. His heart was dying of curiosity, he dyed to know if it was her, again.

 

She was beautiful, but…. She was not her.

 

"Hi" He said.

 

"Hi, I'm lost here." Sica said, making a sad face.

 

"I see, where are you from?" Lost… She might come from the same place… I can get some news from her, may be.

 

"You won't believe." She pouted.

 

She's definitely from the same place.

 

"I get it. Do you know, by any case, a girl named Kim Taeyeon?" He asked. It was the only wish he had to get to know how was she doing.

 

Sica observed quietly. He still remembers Taengo… But… is he still in love with her?

 

"Yes, I know her." Sica said.

 

Donghae smiled widely. Three years without any news about her, thanks heaven that his prays were listened. He asked everyday to God to give him a chance to be with her again.

 

"Can you tell me how is she doing?" He asked excited.

 

"Yeap, I can tell you. But you must agree me one thing." Sica said.

 

Here is when you're gonna be quizzed.

 

"Anything" 

 

Good. Quick answer.

 

"You have to be my boyfriend and take care of me for a month" She said.

 

"Boh?" He frowned.

 

"What's wrong? Do you have a girlfriend already?" Spill it out boy, you've been three years without Taeng, and you could easily fall for another girl…

 

"Dae, I'm sorry, but I have girlfriend already." He said, with a sad face. No he wasn't able to forget Taeyeon.

 

"Boh?" Sica raised her eyebrows. This guy…. You betrayed Taengo!!

 

"You know my girlfriend, Taeyeon. Please, I beg you, tell me about her" His glance was really begging her.

 

Sica calmed down, she breath slowly.

 

"So… You said Taeyeon is your girlfriend?" 

 

"Dae, the only girl I love" He answered in a very sure manner.

 

Ok… I give up… Three years and you still treat her as your girlfriend...

 

"Huh…" A sigh. "She's very sad. She was very lazy, but now she can't stop working and getting herself busy. She had no time left. " Sica explained.

 

My Taengo… I miss you so badly… But it makes it worse to know that you're so sad...

 

"You!" Sica pointed at Donghae. He had his eyes wide opened.

 

"You are the one who made all these trouble." Her eyes became little, half inspecting him.

 

"I'm sorry… What can I do to help her. Do you know how can I get to see her again?" He asked. Sure, Taeyeon did tell him the way 'Making good things' she had once said. But, he had been doing good things everydayy, and he can't still get to see her.

 

"We are thinking of letting her come back. BUT!" 

 

"but what? I can accept anything just to have her with me again. I promise, I swear!" 

 

"You cannot ask her to do magic" Sica said. "Not once, or she'll be discovered" 

 

"Deal! Deal!" I don't need her to use or have any magic. I just need her being herself… I want her by my side, nothing more...

 

"Treat her well. " Sica said and showed her wings. Donghae was again amazed by this return. She flied and disappeared.

"Taengo, come here" Leader Seo took her hand.

 

"What's wrong unnie?" She asked.

 

"We want to talk to you" Sooyoung said. 

 

"We are sending you back to Earth" Hyo said.

 

"What? Wait unnies, did Taeyeon did something wrong?" Taeyeon was desperated.

 

Sunny rubbed her hair and smiled.

 

"No, you're good, very good. It's just… you're not happy Taengo, we all know the reason" Sunny said. 

 

"Mianhe… I know you told me not to fall for him, but I didn't follow your instructions" She bowed.

 

"Aigoo maknae… you didn't do wrong… you followed your heart. That's more important" Fany hugged her.

 

"So we decided to take a risk, and send you back" Seo concluded.

 

Taeyeon smiled. This weak little smile was the most sincere smile that they have ever seen in this whole year. Her unnies were happy that they were doing something right for her.

 

"However, there are some rules that you must watch" Yoona said. They could send her, but they also had responsibility on warning her.

 

"First, when you get there, you must hide your wings." Seo said. (cause this time she's not punished) 

 

Taeyeon listened carefully.

 

"Second, you may not use any magic" Seo said. Tae frowned.

 

"You know we can't go by ourselves to Earth. Not without a mission. If you use magic, you'll be immediately discovered, got it?" Seo insisted.

 

"Dae" 

 

"Please take care of yourself and please Taengo, please… Don't get into trouble" Yuri said.

 

"Dae Yuri unnie, I promise. I won't use my wings and my magic on Earth, I'll take care." Little baby said.

 

"Good, go then." all her unnies waved sadly, but they smiled for her.

A/N: one year in heaven = three years on Earth. So, one day in heaven = three days on Earth.

Tae's taking one day, but for Donghae, it's three.

 

Three days had past and Taeng hasn't arrive yet… What's going on…

 

Donghae walked through the spot where she lied when she got to Earth. He sat for a while and then got up and walk to the market.

 

Today's maket day. He'll be very busy helping the old vendors, he could get distracted and forget Tae for a little while.

Finally, I can see Donghae again… How is he doing…

 

She flied quick and felt how her spirit was taking human body. After this layer, she could get to Earth. She was ready to hide her wings, when…

 

A strong sea current hit her and made her lost balance. She was rolling like a fluffy ball in the strong wind. It was a furious current and she was falling to the water. 

 

It was too late when she realized it. She was in the ocean, her wings got wet and were ten times more heavy, taking her deep into the water. 

 

Taeyeon was still conscious, she knew this was sea, and she had to swim. Immediately, she hid her wings and felt lighter. She tried hard to reach to top, but she didn't have enough air…

 

The girl started to fall slowly into the water.

"Quick! Call Donghae" 

 

The fishermen were surrounding the girl. She was breathless, cold. 

 

Soon, Donghae arrived, running like crazy. He was shocked when the fishermen told him that they had found Taeyeon int her water.

 

"Taeng… Taeng…" He touched her chin.

 

She didn't react.

 

He took a deep breath and opened , he transferred the air to her. He did it many times, then he used both hands and pressed on her heart. CPR -cardiopulmonary resuscitation- 

 

"Tae, please… wake up… don't scare me…" He was shaking her body.

 

Fishermen shook their heads and patted on his shoulder, they left him alone.

 

"Taeyeon was a nice girl… Poor Donghae" They commented as they left.

 

Donghae started  to cry…. Despaired,  he didn't know what to do.

 

"Please help her!" He shouted to the sky. 

 

A light started to shine, it was blinding. But he could see 8 girls around her. One of them was Sica, he knew her.

 

"Please save her…" He was mumbling while trying to control his tears.

 

"She's dead" Sica said.

 

We'll bring her back to life, no matter what it takes.

 

Seo grabbed a feather from her wing, she took it out and screamed of pain. The other girls shocked.

 

"Unnie!" They called.

 

She used it to heal Taeyeon. Lights from different colors came from her hands.

 

"Let's go." Seo stood up.

 

"Unnie…" All of them were frowning.

 

"Tae is ok now. Take good care of her" Seo said to Donghae and left.

 

We are going to be punished…. For using magic on Earth… For coming without permission…. But it's worthy, since it's Taengo the one we saved.

 

Eight angels left, one of them looking really tired.

 

Donghae bowed and bowed, he was on his knees. After they left, he run to Taeyeon.

 

She opened slowly her eyes. She could feel something warm in her heart.

 

"Seo unnie" She murmured.

 

"Tae! Tae!!! You're safe now" He hugged her tight. 

 

She looked at the sky and a tear dropped from her beautiful eyes.

 

Seo unnie… Miahne…. You're gonna suffer a lot… just because I'm selfish… 

 

She turned to Donghae, the boy who she loved with all her soul.

 

"I'm back… are you still waiting for me?" She asked.

 

He smiled and nodded. 

 

"I'll always wait for you. Cause it's you and no one else" He said, looking straight into her eyes.

He approached her slowly, watching her lips and slightly turning his face. 

 

Their lips met, shyly. That sweet taste came back to their hearts. All that harsh time was overcome. 

 

He took her hand and walked with her, back home.

 

"Do you still remember this place?" he asked. It was the little place they used to live, still the same.

 

"How to forget" She mumbled.

"Seohyun, you lead your partners with you to Earth. You did magic there, you know what this means?" An old angel asked. 

 

All of the eight angels were kneeling in front of the court. Their faces were down, but their heart weren't. It time could revert, they would have done the same thing.

 

"I'm sorry court." Seo said.

 

The old angels shook their heads and sighed. Their faces were full of disappointment.

 

"You are a great helper, we know. We also know that you lead correctly your girls, you're responsible and hard working. But how did it came…."

 

"Please forgive us this time, we won't do it again" Yoona said. As the second eldest, she had to help Seo.

 

"Humm… alright. But, as punishment… Seohyun, this year, you and your members won't get mention. Not even maknae Taeyeon, who is supposed to get it this year" 

 

Boh? Taeyeon… Uff… good. If they don't call her, then they won't get to know that she's not with us… What a relief… And… Taeng did a great job this year, time for her to get some rest.

 

"Thank you very much" The girls greeted.

 

"Remember, you'll just allow this time. Hope you never do it again" They said.

 

The girls nodded and left.
