"Promise me you'll be safe and take care of yourself. Don't let the bad ones get to you, okay?"

Those words rang in Bom's head repeatedly. She has been chosen by the most powerful vampire to be enrolled in the Seoul Vampire Academy for four years to train her to become a full adult vampire. Bom moved away from her family for almost a month now. Everyone she knew; except her family members had called her a blood monster. She was left all alone with no friends.

Tomorrow will be Bom's first day at the academy. She moved into the dorms and met some new people. The first few days passed by quickly. She met people who were just like her. They didn't judge her and best of all, they didn't flinch or glare at her. 

"Maybe this year will be good for me," Bom thought to herself, smiling.
