Jinyoung's POV

 

What Jae said bothered me.

 

 

She doesn't know me? Or is she pretending not to? 

 

 

Was she still hurt about what I did last time? 

 

 

I had so many questions.

 

 

And they can only be answered by one person.

 

So, I'm gonna gather up some courage and talk to her tomorrow.

 

I just hope it'll go well. 

 

 

*The next day*

 

I only had two classes today so I just waited for Jae by her locker. 

 

"Jae, can we talk?" I asked her. 

 

She looked at me. "Who are you and how do you know me?" 

 

"It's me, Jinyoung! We were...uh... friends" 

 

"Oh My Gosh! You're that guy who hugged me yesterday! Sorry about that. I really didn't remember you" she apologized. 

 

"Why can't you remember me?" I asked. 

 

"I got into an accident and now, I have amnesia.

 

I can't remember many people, places or events.

 

But the doctor said that my memory might come back, it just takes time"

she explained with a smile. 

 

"So... Do you have time? Baro wants to see you again" 

 

"Baro? Is he one of my friends too?" she asked. 

 

I nodded. 

 

"Okay! Let's go!" 

 

*After Two Months*

 

Jae and I have been hanging out together more often.

 

I told her that we were good friends.

 

I know that I'm lying to her,

 

but I just want us to start over again. I don't want her to hate me. 

 

"Jae!" I shouted as I saw her enter the school gates. 

 

She just continued walking without even looking my way. 

 

Why is she acting like that?

 

"Jae!" I repeated as I approached her. 

 

"What?!" she asked, irritated. 

 

"What's wrong? Did I do something wrong?" I asked. 

 

"Don't pretend Jinyoung. I can remember everything now" she said coldly. 

 

"Everything?" 

 

"Yes. Now leave me alone. I don't want to talk to you. Ever" she said then walked away.
