The roommate.
SungMin’s POV
I was standing by the main street waiting for her. She wasn’t late, I was just being impatient. The sun was
shining brightly and cars were passing by me. I stood on my tippy toes to see if she was nearby. She
wasn’t. I pouted and put my hands on my hips. Where could she be? The time went on and as I checked
my wristwatch, she was 15 minutes late. I carefully raised my head… There! On the bus stop across the
street! There she was! My pout turned into a big smile as I ran to the edge of the sidewalk.
“Come on~ Hurry up!” I yelled with my arms waving like crazy. She must have heard me, since she started
to walk over to the side I was at, even though all the traffic made so much noise. As she came closer I
noticed that she looked… sad. Almost scared. A car horn was heard and then everything went faster than
the speed of a wink. People were screaming and I looked around to see why. Then I saw her. She was
lying on the street in the front of a silver colored car, which now was covered in stains of a dark red liquid.
Blood. My eyes went wide as I slowly realized what happened.
“No….. No…… NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!”
That was the last time I saw HyeKyo, my one and only love…
