Seoul Alone
Chapter 1
Lost
Hyesung frantically looked all over the place. If she can, she would have turned the whole Korean airport upside-down.
“Gege? Didi? Mom? Dad!” she called frustratedly.
She then realized the writings…
“I’m in Korea!” she shouted in Chinese.
“Omo. What do I do? I don’t speak Korean well!”
A guy with a mask walked past her.
“Ooh. It’s like those ulzzang’s online! Maybe he can help me?” she thought as she hurried to catch up to the guy with the mask.
“Excuse me--” she called but the guy didn’t seem to notice her.
She sprinted over and skidded to a stop with a loud thud.
“O-oww…” she said wincing in pain as she looked at the guy.
“A-annyeong!” she beamed happily.
‘I still know some Korean words! Thank goodness’
Daehyun pretended not to see her although he completely met her eyes. He then turned to another direction.
“Huh?!” she blurted out and quickly followed the guy.
“Yah! Don’t you have any manners?” she said in Korean.
Daehyun raised an eyebrow up and stared at her.
“Can’t you at least help me up? Or ask a ‘are you alright’ or something? I thought ulzzang’s are good guys.” She pouted.
Daehyun furrowed his eyebrows.
‘An ulzzang? Puwahahahaha! This girl seriously thought I’m an ulzzang?’ he thought as he tried to hide his chuckles.
‘Does he not understand a word I said?’ she tilted her head as she couldn’t show any signs of him responding.
“Anyyeonghaseyo! Saranghae! Kyeopta? Bogoshipeoyo!” she said as she recalled a lot of korean words she hears but doesn’t understand.
Daehyun’s eyes widened.
‘Who is this girl?’ he thought as he shook his head in embarrassment.
