Characters and Character Descriptions

Team Im
Im Yoona (17): Heir to the Im corporations, one of two of the largest and richest companies in all of South Korea. She carries herself in a well mannered way and is both feisty and very stubborn. Yoona knows what she wants and gets it as fairly as she can manage.
(Seohyun) Seo Joohyun (16): Yoona's personal maid. She is nice, polite, witty, and a bit timid, but she has strong viewpoints and is not afraid to voice them when she finds it necessary.
Kim Taeyeon (17): Yoona's best friend. She attends the same private school as Yoona and (through family ties) has known the girl for as long as she can remember. Although Taeyeon may not be the smartest or the most athletic, what she lacks she makes up for in stamina and energy. She is very good at encouraging others.
Im Heechul (19): The brother of Yoona whom is said to have given up the right to the Im family's inheritance for a very unknown reason. No one quite knows what he is ever thinking.
(Leeteuk) Park Jungsu (18): Yoona's sunbae at her private school. He is only at the school by scholarship, and has an evident hatred towards the Choi family for personal reasons. He is both a quick thinker and strong in everything he does because he always gives 100% of his effort.
(Kangin) Kim Youngwoon (27): Serves the Im family as a sort of bodyguard. Yoona is mostly placed in his care, so whenever suspicions arise around her, he is ordered to protect her under any circumstances. He bears a kind heart and gives in to Yoona's antics too easily.

Team Choi
Choi Siwon (18): The newly installed boss of the Choi corporations, one of two of the largest and richest companies in all of South Korea. He is very stoic and carries himself in a arrogant, confident manner. He knows how to get what he wants by any means possible. Siwon can be sneaky if he wants because all is fair in love and war.
(Jessica) Jung Sooyeon (19): She was originally trained to be a spy, but was adopted into the Choi family for special reasons as some type of assassin. Being cold and calculating, Sooyeon isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She tends not to speak a lot, but when she does she is very harsh in her speech.
Kwon Yuri (19): Secretary under the Choi family. She is polite and nice, but in a robotic way. Yuri is a mysterious figure as she is always smiling, and hiding what she really feels deep inside due to her slight lack of confidence.
Lee Donghae (18): Regarded as Siwon's "right hand man", Donghae is practically Siwon's best friend. He is very casual and playful as well as plenty athletic, but he has an inability to take anything seriously.

The Gamemaster:
Walls. Gray walls lined with shadows. Screams. Oh, how he loved the sound of shrill shrieks. They gave such a thrill. Through several monitors flickered short clips of film. The fast moving images lasted for mere seconds, hardly enough to satisfy his desire. More screams. More terror. More fright.

More thrills.

Lithe limbs rested perfectly on the sheer fabric of the arm chair. The man hardly sifted his position as he lifted a clear glass filled to the brim with red to his lips. He took a sip from his drink as his eyes moved quickly, following every pattern on the screen. The gorgeous blood, the salty sweat, the painful tears.

Without warning, a cruel sound escaped the figure’s lips.

 “Henry.” He called in that calm mellow tone of his. With the presence he carried it seemed to boom through the empty corridors causing the young chubby boy to practically scramble over his feet, appearing before him in a record time.

“Yes?”

“I think it’s time.”

Henry nodded his head eagerly, knowing what he must do.

“Yes, gamemaster.”

The gamemaster glimpsed back at the monitor, chuckling darkly to himself while the same images replayed over and over and over again.

“Let the games begin.”
