“Well.” Chen sighed sadly. “All I can do is wish him luck. I want to be his boyfriend.” Emiko hugged Chen. “I love him Emiko.”

“I know you do. Most relationships aren’t forever so maybe you’ll get your chance. What if he breaks your heart Chen?” Emiko asked.

“He won’t. He didn’t let me get beat up.” Chen said grabbing Emiko’s hand and walking with her. “So this day isn’t all that bad. I finally talked to Xiumin and I’m even more in love with him than ever.”

“One day handsome.” Emiko said while they walked to their next class. Kris and Kae had their next class together. Second to last class before lunch then they go home at 8pm. 

“Ah it’s my worst enemy!” Kae said giving the evil glare. “Math!”

Kris laughed. “You’re such a dork Kae.” He took his seat.

“Minzy!” Kae smiled.

“Oh my lord. Is that really you Kae?” Minzy laughed.

“No!” Kae snapped. “I’m a huge !”

“Wow Kae. So how was China?” Minzy asked.

“Nice. I reunited with a dork I call Kris.” Kae said pointing to Kris. “There he is now. Plus I have a boyfriend.”

“Awesome! Me too.” Minzy said. “So who’s the special man?”

“His name is Tao. I met him when I went back to China.” Kae said.

“It’s about time you got a boyfriend.” Minzy said.

“Yup it is.” Kae agreed.

“What about me?” Kris asked

“Chair! Stop talking!” Kae yelled. Minzy laughed remembering that’s how Kae was.

“Aish fine.” Kris went to sit down. He sat next to a nice young man named Zhang Yixing. He started to talk to him. “Hi.”

Lay looked at Kris. He couldn’t speak Korean well so he responded in Chinese. “Hi.”

Kris smiled switching to Chinese. “I’m Kris. What’s your name?”

“Zhang Yixing but just call me lay.” Lay said.

“My real name is Kevin Li.” Kris said. Lay smiled at Kris. “Want to be friends?”

“Yea.” Lay smiled. “I’m weird just letting you know now.”

“I live with weirdoes.” Kris coughed.  “My friends.” Lay laughed at Kris’s joke. Class started Kae and Minzy sat next to each other.

 “Well hello there failures.” The teacher greeted. “I am Mrs. Kim I will be your teacher.”

“Hello Mrs. Kim.” Kae said. “I’m Choi Kae Li.”

“How are you liking the school Ms. Kae Li.” Mrs. Kim asked.

“Better than most.” Kae replied. “I’m happy to be back in Korea.”

“Where were you last?” She asked Kae

“In my home country of China.” Kae added. “I’ve had beat up bullies and douchebags there.

“Future favorite student right there.” Mrs. Kim said. “Now! To get on my good side you must prove you are worthy.” She looked at her list for names. “Gong Minji. Tell me why you are worthy.”

“I’m Kae’s best friend.” Minzy giggled

“Good enough.” Mrs. Kim said. “How about you Kevin Li.”

“I dated Kae.” Kris smirked.

“Why are you trying to get worthiness from me?” Kae asked.

“Because I’m your boyfriend’s gay lover.” Kris joked

“Always knew you guys were gay together.” Kae smiled. The whole class cracked up and some ohed.

“Ha-ha good enough.” Mrs. Kim laughed. She started to teach the lesson on algebra. 

“Algebra. Age old bra.” Kae whispered to Minzy. They both laughed while Mrs. Kim taught. Class was finally over Kae and Minzy talked in the hallway. Tao finally found Kae and decided to surprise hug her.

“Guess who.” Tao said.

“Tao.” Kae said turning around to hug him. “Hey there handsome.” She kissed him on the lips. “You hungry?”

“I am so hungry!” Tao replied. “Hi there.”

“Hello.” Minzy said. “I’m just waiting for Xiumin.

“I know him. We’d talk a lot before that bastard graduated.” Kae said

“Nice to know I’m a bastard.” Xiumin said. “Let’s go to lunch.” They all walked to the café. They were greeted by Emiko, Chen and Micha. Once Chen saw Xiumin he blushed smiling. “Hi Chen.” He grabbed Chen’s hand again. Chen held Xiumin’s hand. Minzy giggled while Chen blushed. Minzy looked around saw Xiumin’s anti-gay friends walking towards them.

“Xiumin! Your friends are coming!” Minzy warned. Xiumin let go of Chen’s hand quickly. Minzy, Kae, Micha and Emiko went to get a table. Kae and Minzy talked about stuff Micha waited for Chen. Emiko got distracted looking around.

“Oh my god!” She murmured. Is she really seeing him again? “I can’t believe it.” She looked at the young man. “Jinki.”
