What are we doing tomorrow indeed?!?!

The next morning I got a bright and early wakeup call, I’m not even sure if the sun was up yet.

“H-helloo?” I said with a sleepish slur.

“Hahaha, just wake up? So promise me you will keep your schedule clear tonight around 5..okay? Cause Sunggyu and I have some plans, oh which reminds me, tell your friend Kae Ti the same thing!”

“Are you saying what I think your saying?” I instantly got a little nervous…

“Yup! Double date baby! Pick you up at 5!”

Past experiences have caused me to fear double dates. One couple has fun and the other doesn’t or both couples have no fun or you have to watch the other couple be grossly touchy feely… but then I thought about it… This is an Infinite double date! No matter what, tonight will be awesome, double date or no double date.

At 5 o’clock, Kae Ti and I were eagerly waiting on my front porch. In our excitement, we performed the dance to Nothing’s Over. “ Do you think Dongwoo will ever find his baby?” I asked in a teasing  manner.

“ I think he already has.” She said as she wrapped her arm around my shoulders in a supportive manner.

On cue, the boys pulled into the drive way. Sunggyu’s head was sticking outside of the backseat window with something running horizontal in between his teeth.

“Is that a sunflower?” Kae Ti whispered in my ear “What a weird Gyufish…”  She ran over to him like a giddy little school girl. She accepted the flower and jumped into the car next to Sunggyu. I followed her as I chuckled to myself.  I took my seat in the passenger side next to Dongwoo.

“No sunflower for me?” I said joking. When guys bring flowers on a first date, it kind of makes me uneasy. Though I wouldn’t of complained if Jang Dongwoo wanted to give me a flower.

“Ya! Sunggyu Hyung! I told you that you were going to make me look bad!” Sunngyu just gave a charming smile to Kae Ti that said see? I’m the guy you want. I could see Kae Ti melt before his eyes; she already knew he was the man she wanted.

“So where are you two bringing us?”I asked but I’m not sure I really cared; I would even go to a soup kitchen if they wanted . But the only answer I got was a smile as we drove into the unknown.

Our destination became clear as I saw the coast come into view. I looked down on my watch and saw it was time for the sun to set, ohh these romantic boys. We finally pulled over on the side of the road and got out of the car. “ Look, we even brought blankets!” Dongwoo and Sunggyu gave each other proud smiles and a very excited high five. It was a short little hike to this modest cliff that hung over the ocean.  We coupled up and cuddled beneath the warm blankets. As I watched the orange sky transform into a beautiful masterpiece, I couldn’t help but relax and rest my head on Dongwoo’s shoulder. I felt him softly rest his head on mine. I glanced over to Kae Ti and Sunggyu and saw them sitting in a similar fashion.  After the sun said goodnight and the moon said hello, I decided I wanted to get a closer to the ocean. Dongwoo agreed to go with me while Sunggyu and Kae Ti agreed to wait by the car.

 I could only imagine how cold the ocean water would be during this late October night, but it didn’t stop me from tiptoeing closer and closer to the water’s edge. My toes touched the cold water, sending me in a backwards frenzy. As I backed away from the water I felt my backside bump into a firm object.

“Woah there killer! What are you scared of the water??”I could hear the intrigue in his voice as he wrapped one arm around my waist and used the other to swipe up my legs. I was instantly in his arms. He looked down at me and smiled. “Guess where we are going?” he said with a mischievous grin. He progressed forward. I could hear the water splash against his legs as he went into the water.

“No no no! what are you doing?!?!” I screeched. He wouldn’t really drop me in the water, right? But then again this is Dongwoo we are talking about, he just might. My suspicions were becoming more real as I felt him release my body into a free fall. Luckily, within a second, I felt his arms supporting my body again. I turned to him and gave him a relieved giddy smile; his supporting arm brought my body closer and closer to his. Before I knew it, my face was a mere inch away from his. “I really do have a good feeling about you..”  He leaned in and gave my lips the softest kiss.  Our lips worked in harmony. I sandwiched his lower lip with both of my lips. As the kiss intensified, I found my tongue inside Dongwoo’s mouth, playing games with his tongue.  The kiss must have distracted Dongwoo from where his feet were because in the next second his feet were in the air and both our bodies were in the water.

“AISH! Rae Cheol!” I heard him shouting. The cold water shocked my body and I couldn’t really think straight. He grabbed my hand and ran towards the sand, I followed his path.  I was relieved when we were finally clear from the water’s touch.  Dongwoo grabbed my face with both hands.

  “Are you okay?” he said with concerned eyes. I couldn’t help but burst out into uncontrollable laughter. Only with Dongwoo would these kinds of things happen. I saw the relief in his eyes when he saw that I was more than okay. As we started walking to the car, he wrapped his arm around my waist and joined in the laughter. As we approached the car, we saw Kae Ti and Sunggyu laying on top of the car looking up at the stars. Being soaked in this cold October breeze was finally getting to me. Dongwoo rushed us all in the car and we were on our way back home. I must of fell asleep because before I knew it we were sadly pulling into my driveway. Dongwoo held my hand as we walked up to my doorstep.

“Make sure Kae Ti makes it home safe! I won’t forgive you Dongwoo if even one hair on her head is damaged.” He smiled at me, finding my protectiveness adorable. He put his hand on my head and looked into my eyes. “Don’t worry, I will make sure I drive safe and I will make sure Sunggyu behaves himself.”  I chuckled and buried my head in Dongwoo’s warm chest.  He wrapped his strong arms around me, making the thought of moving even worse. I felt his hand raise my chin up so my lips would be at the same level as his own. He gave me one long, sweet, and passionate kiss.

“Tomorrow?” He asked…

“Tomorrow” I said as I gave him a sleepy smile…Tomorrow…
