About your family tell them you are handing to mainland china to help to solve a case and that is because of you have useful courses from England that can help" said Bosco
Tavia just looked at Bosco and didn't know what decision she should make, this was indeed a great opportunity for her and she was eager to catch the bad guys.
But this was also a very dangerous mission if she get exposed her life was colder then water
"I know what you are thinking I didn't force you to answer me right away consider it for somedays and come back to me, but I hope I will get good news from you till then" said Bosco

"old man ah, he was the one who started, who told him to compare with me. Just because his father gave him the position before you doesn't mean I'm worse. Also I have never said I want to take over your territory it was you who forced me to join Choi Long if I have to chose myself I don't want a women to be my leader" shouted Ron but in the same time the door to the office room went open and charm went in and looked at Ron
"Zhi Wah don't listen to what this sui zhai said" said Damien. Charm looked at Damien and then back to Ron
" What's wrong to have a women as a leader? are you discriminate womens or do you think they don't have the qualification to be a leader?" said Charm
" I don't know about the others but you aren't" said Ron and before he could continue Damien hit his head
" and you continue your sui zhai" Charm looked at Damien

" Even if I haven't joined Choi Long for long I have heard from the others and I can se it myself. Everything on Choi Long is going fine but that is not thanks to you or you are a good leader if you didn't had those two helpers of yours you are nothing. In this time Derek who was behind Charm get furious and was going to hit Ron but Charm put her hand up signaling Derek to stop.
Damien just shook his head when he heard what his son just have said
Charm gave a light smile and with a calm voice she said
" Git sok if Ron really don't want to join Choi Long then let it be. He will understand your thoughtfulness later but now it seems it's still to early, he is still too young to understand. Let him try to be outside, you also want to know if his is brave enought so you can hand him your territory" with that said Charm leaved the room
" She came today because she wanted to see if Ron was qualified to take over. But I think she is very disappointed" said Derek before he left the room with Charm.
"Dad look at her, even if I said that about her she didn't get mad and told you to give me time to understand. Don't make me laugh lah a leader like that how can I follow her?" said Ron
Damien glared at his son " if you don't know don't say anything"
"what!? wasn't it true what I just said? compare her with her father she isn't up to 10% of Mich sok" claimed Ron
" what do you know about Mich gah? questioned Damien
" Dad you have always told me about Mich Sok what a good leader he was, he will always sand infront of his followers and won't back off if anything happen. But for her, she is going first and have her followers behind when she is out but I'm sure she is that kind of person that will be behind her followers when things show up" said Ron
" Yes I have said that about Mich gah, that he was a good leader but what you don't know is Zhi Wah officially took over Choi Long when she was 22 years old that is even younger then Mich gah who took over when he was 23 years, just that Kong sok didn't announce it to the others he wanted to be sure that she could take care of everything. She have been dealing with the business in six years and she have never backed off when anything happens. Zhi wah isn't worser then Mich gah in another hand she is even better no one can imagine what she is up to and knows what she is thinking. Take Bong sok for a good example she waited more then a half year before she made any moves and she replaced his position in the same day when she put him down. Nothing on Bong soks territories have had any changes, Bong sok have been with Choi Long for so long he have a lot of followers and with his power he could have leaved Choi Long and take his men with him but he didn't. In this matter we can clearly see that besides she is cleaver and calm she also have patient to wait for the right time she will hesitate before she make any decisions.
She is all brought up by Kong sok besides she have learned everything from him she also have the kidness and even a higher EQ then her father.
If you don't join Choi Long and follow this leader isn't our lost, to find a leader like her isn't easy. I won't stop you if you want to leave but if I was you I would stay and see if this leader really are not worth to follow" with this said Damien also went out from the room leaving Ron alone.

" Fung gah I have got the information now. Zhi wah replaced Bong sok with her teacher Jade, but what I don't understand is why the followers haven't done anything and why would she be so stupid to give a territory to someone who never have deal with their business" said Joel
Ray just sat quiet and didn't responds when Joel saw this he just left the room so Ray could get some spare time.
Ray had the same position in a half hour the only thing he was doing was to try to figure it out what charm was up to. Why did she made that decision and how could she just put down an older without anyone protesting

Oki another chapters is up I hope you guys enjoy it and now Ron have been introduced and I think everyone can see that he is not up to Charms leading , will he take his fathers advise and stay for a bit longer or will he leave Choi Long? Will Tav agree to be an undercover?
