Would things turn out differently?
Deluders22nd August 2010
“You are going to be late. Let’s go.” Key was at the door with his car keys.
“No. It’s okay. You should have some rest. I’ll drive myself to work.” Nicole replied coldly.
Key did not retaliate. He knew Nicole was still upset about last night.
“Bye” Key bid farewell whereas Nicole turned away and left hastily.

Key couldn’t stop seeing Jessica since the night they met. The following day, Jessica didn’t wait for Jonghyun at the pub anymore. She had met Key instead. They only wanted to meet each other and talk endlessly together.
1st September 2010
“Hey Miss florist! How much does this cost?” Jessica heard a familiar voice and looked up.
“KEY! What are you doing here?” Her eyes widened.
“To buy a flower for a lady.” Key answered her seriously.
“$5” Jessica played along.
“Okay here you go,” Key handed over a $5 note and stood there not moving. Then he started counting down as he looked at his watched,” 5-4-3-2-1, its 4pm. Okay I’m your last customer, your job is done. Let’s go!” Key went back and pulled Jessica apron’s ribbon and took the apron off. He pulled her gloves and took her cute hat off too. Immediately, he pulled her hand and walked out of the shop.
After much arguing with one another, they both agreed to go back to the place they last met, about a year ago, at the park. They sat at the same bench again.

Jonghyun POV
Jessica haven't been waiting for me ever since that day she met Key. All i had to make sure was she wasn't at home, alone.
I could sense that she have been meeting Key.
Kwenchana.. (It’s okay in Korean)
“Everything will be fine..” I said to myself.

Key POV
“The night before your wedding, the last time we met.. There was something important I wanted to tell you..”
“What is it?” she asked.
“My grandma, she passed away. I didn’t know how or when to tell you. I just couldn’t accept the fact that she left even at the funeral.”
Jessica POV
I was in shock. I just kept nodding and remained silent. The thought that his grandma passed away, it must have been a difficult time for him. Could that be the reason why he didn’t attend the wedding? When he mentioned about the night before the wedding, all the memories started coming back. His painful and cold words started coming back.
“It’s impossible for me to love you.”
While Key talked, I feared. I feared that my feelings might come back again.
“One more thing, that night was also the night I met Nicole.” He said.
“Really?”
“ I met into an accident as I walked back home. The driver had knocked me sideways, close to my knees.” He pointed at his injured knee which had a tiny scar.
“Is the driver in jail now?”
“Nope. It was a hit and run accident, nobody witnessed it.”
“You could not recall it either?”
“Well maybe I could recall bits of it now…”
For a while, Key was trying to recall what had happened.
Then, he continued, “No I don’t recall. Actually I don’t wish to know who the driver is. If not, I might go crazy and kill that person for this” He pointed at his knee. I looked at it closer and noticed the layer of skin that looks distorted.
“Hahaha yes maybe you would! Is it that bad? So.. I believe you are not skiing anymore?”
Key nod. “I kind of missed it sometimes. I miss you too sometimes.."
I smiled. "Really?"
"No. hahaha!"
Key POV
Pabo Jung, I miss you. Would things be different if hadn’t walked away from you that night?
