The Bell rang signalling the end of school and the start of the Summer Holidays.
“Ok Class, for homework over the holidays you are all to read chapters 10-60 in your history books.”
I groaned out loud along with the rest of the class.
Trust Mr. Choi to give us all homework over the summer holidays.
Especially Religion History -kill me now-
Bastard. Like any of us are actually going to do it.
“Oh! And you had all better do it because on your first day back” He paused making sure he had
everyone’s attention “You will have a test on those chapters!!” With that he laughed like the
he is.
Seriously.
No one in this school likes him… Well with the exception of Mr Kim the School drama teacher...
they’re ing each other.
*shudders*
I don’t even want to remember the day Sungmin and I walked in on them both in the drama room.
Who the calls students to see the teacher at lunchtime if he’s going to end up ing his fellow
teacher in their?!?! That ’s just whack.
Anyways... back to History class.
“You’re all dismissed!” Mr Choi Yelled.
Students started to quickly pack up their belongings and make their way out of the class room
before Mr Choi could change his mind or grab you for having an untidy uniform.
“Yah! Jaehwa!”
I turned around as I was walking to my locker.
“Sungmin?” I questioned.
“What are you doing for the holidays??” He asked excitedly while hooking his arm with mine and
leading me over to my locker.
I should probably take this moment to introduce myself to you all.
My name is Lee Jaehwa, I’m 19 years old and attend Pearl Sapphire University Studying Music
I’m 5’4” with long dark hair that’s always and I mean always messy. I tend to be late to anything and
everything... if it wasn’t for my best friend Sungmin I’d possibly have been kicked out of the school
for being late... he’s the only person that can wake me up in the mornings without earning a kick
in the face. Oh! And I’m blind... not fully blind… I can see “Shadows” as my doctor calls them, or
something.
Sungmin is my bestfriend, he’s also a loner at the school... like me! Haha, no wonder we’re friends!
He’s skilled in Taekwondo and can sing like an Angel! I’m not even kidding!! His voice makes you
melt~ We’ve been friends since well… forever! We’re neighbours and Sungmin has a guy crush hehe
it’s so cute!
“Yo… Jaehwa… you still here?” Sungmin questioned.
“Ahh Sorry Minnie! I was just thinking~” I giggled.
“Aish! You’re always off in your own world… how do you even pass your classes!??!” Minnie
demanded.
“Meeeeh! I said I was sorry!! And to answer your first question Nothing.”
“Well that’s about to change!!!!!!!” He screamed excitedly in my now deaf ears.

“Awh Crap Minnie! We have to run now! I don’t wanna have to help clean up the corridors like last
year!” I whined as I shoved all my books into my bag and quickly ran off to exit with Sungmin in tow.
I huffed as we walked out the front gates.
The Kings of the school were there… talk about making students nervous!
The Kings of the school where all jerks! Pig Faced JERKS!
I hate them!
“Jae…” Sungmin whispered, “Can we hurry…please...” I could feel that Sungmin was on the verge of
tears.
The Kings of the school bullied Minnie a lot because he’s gay… openly gay too as a matter of fact.
He’s not afraid to admit it... Well… that is until now. The Kings make him regret confessing to
his crush, Cho Kyuhyun… one of the Kings. They never leave him alone now, forever teasing and
cracking gay jokes about him. Makes me want to beat the living out of them really!
As we walked past I heard them snigger “Hey look, it’s the !”
I felt Sungmin tense up beside me but we carried on walking,
Till Kyuhyun of all people decided to open his ing mouth.
“Hey , I hope you die over the holidays, and then this School would be pure again!” He laughed.
At this I stopped dead in my tracks and my heel.
I quickly walked over to Kyuhyun and grabbed him by the shirt,
“Excuse me, what did you just say about my friend?” I demanded glaring daggers into the blob that
was his face.
“I said that he should die over the-” Kyuhyun didn’t finish his sentence,
my fist connected hard with his face, sending him flying to the ground.
“Ow !” Kyuhyun yelled.
“IF YOU SAY THAT AGAIN WHEN I CAN HEAR YOU, I WILL ING MAKE YOU EAT YOUR ING
WORDS! DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME CHO ING KYUHYUN!?!?” I screamed.
Ohh shiiiiittt I just punched one of the Kings! My inner voice decided to speak up.
At that I huffed and blew my fringe out of my eyes. Damn rich brat!
I turned back around and walked back over to Sungmin, grabbing his hand and pulled him along
down the street.
“I can’t believe you just did that.” Said a dazed Sungmin.
“I can’t even… I can’t believe I did that myself!!” I cried “They’re going to kill me!!”
Sungmin laughed, “C’mon lets go have cake! You deserve some after that!”
He’s freaking laughing at me!?! For defending him!?! W.T.F.
I was gobsmacked! I honestly though Minnie would kill me for hitting his crush like that!
