Choi Seunghyun, goes by the code name TOP.

The most feared nineteen year old criminal. He is mean, cruel, and heartless especially when killing someone. Park Bom is a naive and kind girl who wants to help everyone around her, but has a  jealous side when she sees other people having fun with their parents.

But, what if one day she meets a guy who will change everything, and will be the one to give her the freedom that she deserves?
