The Heiress from the Country
Description
Summary: Given the chance to chase her dream, Jae Min agrees to go live in the city with her father. There she meets Luhan and his friends, who show her that not all rich kids are like her step-sister.
This story is mainly OC-centric but it will be LuhanxOC pairing. The reason I say it is OC-centric is because it is written in first person, so for a lot of chapters, it will be written from her POV. There will be some that is written in other's POV, such as Luhan, other Exo members, and OCs. In my story, exo will not be a band, but just a group of close friends. Also, not all members will be in here, due to the sheer amount of them. I feel that if I introduce an EXO character, it would be a shame not to highlight them in some way, and theres no way I can do that with 12 members. So I think I'll have 6-7 members. They won't be just my biases, but members who I feel fit a certain role better. =) please don't misunderstand.
I am aiming for this story to be light-hearted, with splashes of drama, humour, and love. I don't know how successful I'll be, so please be kind with your reviews =). I don't really have much to say besides, thank you and enjoy!
A/N: I'm sorry for any grammar mistakes I will make throughout the story, english is my second language and I find writting in first person hard. But I'm up for the challenge! Also, I don't know how asianfanfics.com works, especially with posting stories and updating. Please bear with me as I figure it out.
Foreword
A girl jaded by a tough lifestyle is thrown into a world completely opposite from what she grew up in. She was poor, now she is rich. It doesn't get that much more drastic. And while she once thought of herself as strong, independent, and resilent, Kim Jae Min finds herself softening her edges with the help from unlikely people.
A boy sheltered since young is taught by her that not everyone gets things handed to them on a silver platter. He feels the pull towards her, even though she is nothing like his ideal type, which baffles him. Maybe because she walks around like she owns the place, but has the loneliest eyes he's ever seen. Determined to solve the mystery that is Kim Jae Min, Luhan finds himself falling deeper and deeper for the girl with the jaded heart.
