003   Please do not bash the shop! (we really try my best to make each graphic awesome... )

004   After receiving your requested trailer of graphic, please do not unsubscribe or you'll be blacklisted!

005   Please credit the shop in your foreword of your fanfiction (or else you'll be blacklisted too >.< )

006   Please fill in the request form fully and completely.

007   Please use the graphic done for you for at least a month.

008   If you are not satisisfied with the graphic we have done for you, we can do the request again :)

009   Please do not be upset if our reviews are not all positive. (we have to be honest so as to allow you to improve your story to make it even better right? ^^ )
