Jessica Jung only had one friend, her best friend Tiffany Hwang who moves to San Francisco one day, she also has a younger sister, Krystal Jung who starts to care for her more when Tiffany leaves. Jessica always tried to make new friends but everyone thought she was a cold/mean person even her crush, Lee Donghae hates her, they would reject to become her friend.

One day while Jessica was crossing the street and listening to her music louder than usual she got hit by something really hard.
