7.30pm. Saturday.

I let out a sigh. Work again. I put on my dress for the night, and a hoodle to cover on. My beloved grandmother and brother were outside watching TV in the living room. "Noona, is it time for work again?" he asked me. "Yes... Take care of halmeoni, okay? I'll be back soon! Lock all the doors and windows before leaving the house, check all the stoves and make sure no gas leaks, and if there's anything wrong, call for the police okay?" I reminded him as I was putting on my heels. "Arasseo, you really nag a lot. I know I know, you be safe too okay?" He sent me off to the door and handed me my bag. I ruffled his hair, and smiled. "I'm going now~ Bye, I love you!" I waved to my beloved family. Here we go again.

Now, to talk about me. I'm Jae Rin, I'm 19 and I work in a club. Yup. Have a bad impression on me, I don't care. As long as my family's safe, everything I've done for them is worth it. It wasn't easy for me to get this job. Before I even worked here, I had to wash plates behind those restaurants. I was splashed with water by that stupid  boss I had at the time. He was so stingy and unreasonable and didn't pay me. I left, and splashed him with water. Revenge was sweet. I didn't think of working at the club at first, because I was just 17. I couldn't do anything that required the age of 18 and above. So when I turned 18, I went around and looked for a decent job. I wasn't a very smart person; I failed most of the subjects in school because I was always late for class. I had to send my brother to school and make sure my grandma had food, even though she insisted she could take care of herself. But when she got sick, I had to piggyback her all the way to the doctor's. The school didn't accept my reasons, and thought that everything I said was a stupid lie, so I gave up explaining. Why explain when no one believes you, right? But I didn't want that for my brother, Jae Seung. I reminded him to always study smart, don't ever put too much stress on himself and his studies, always do his best, and to never EVER end up like me. 

I walked fast to the club as there were pretty much many erts looking at me. It was a 20-minute-walk all the way, and the weather was cold as it was close to autumn. As soon as I walked in, I let out a relieved sigh. A woman came up to me, it seemed like she was the DJ of tonight. "You ready?" I nodded, and quick paced to the changing room. "Jae Rin-ah!" My friends greeted me. Shiyoon, Juliet and Arang. They all had different lifestyle backgrounds, but all of them were tough. Shiyoon was a orphan at birth, Juliet was dumped to the streets and Arang... well, let's just say she didn't like staying at home being guarded by her parents 24/7. Not exactly tough, but her house was probably described to be almost the same as prison.

There were stylists there, and even though they weren't like those professionals, their styling already did many people stunned. Their styling was beautiful, with the make-up and all. I gave a last thank you to them, and warmed up my voice. "Its time, girls! Get ready!" The host appeared right by the door. We nodded and did our little team chant, ending it with a Fighting! and went out. Tough night its going to be. As I stepped out, a boy with shining eyes caught my eye. He seemed like a celebrity.
