A Lead and a Date

Along for the ride

Three days have passed since the day Sooyoung told me about the whole Hyuna, Daesung, and possibly Seunghyun thing. When I woke up the next morning I decided to push it out of my mind. Sure the whole thing seemed a bit suspicious but why stress over something that has nothing to do with me in the first place?

Anyway, the past three days have been normal to say the least. Yeasterday Jiyong suprised me by coming over to my villa again. We spent the whole day watching old TV movies and talking about random things. It was the happiest I'd been in a long time. That day I didn't worry about Seunghyun at all. I just let myself go. But there was this one moment when Jiyong and I we're laying down on the couch and looking into eachtoher's eyes that I thought about telling him all that Seungyun has done to me in the last few weeks. Then I decided against it. Things we're pretty stressful for Jiyong too, with him having to relocate his entire main studio from New York to Seoul. The last thing I wanted to do was to give him something else to stress about.

Right now I was eating lunch with Jess, Soo, Victoria, and Chaerin. Instead of our usual Starbucks Victoria insisted we go to this new posh resteraunt in downtown Seoul called Guschaves. It's a exclusive resturaunt that serves the most delicous Spanish dishes. Victoria, being the socialite she is, was able to pull a few strings to get us the best table in the VIP section.

"This place is... wow," Jessica said as her eyes scanned the room. She was right. I've been to quite a few fancy resteraunts in my day but never have I ever seen a place like this before. The floors, walls, and ceilings we're lined with gold plating. The walls painted a deep burgundy while the ceiling depicted a angelic scene worthy of an ancient Roman Catholic church. The floors we're made of the whitest of whites and the the giant gleaming chandeleir in the middle of the room was the goldest of golds. Each table seemed to be made of some sort of gold material as well wheresas the thick quilt-like table clothes that adorned each table was white with gold lining. Each waitress wore a flowy strapless white minidress accesorized with a gold waistbelt and matching gladiator sandals plus a headband that seemed to be made of twisted vines haloed the crown of their heads. Each waitor wore white a white button up shirt with matching suit pants. Their ties we're of course, gold, whith matching dress shoes. Sure the place was bautifully breath taking. But when I walked in I couldn't help but to frown. It looked like a mini version of Seunghyun's mansion.

"I know right," Chaerin said, agreeing with Jessica. Since becoming best friends with Jiyong she's met dozens of other designers. One of them being the infamous Jeremy Scott. Because of Chaerin's newfound fashion connections, she's been getting clothes for free. She now wore black leather highwaisted shorts with an oversized Jeremy Scott 'emoticon love' sweater tucked into them. She also adorned transparent leggings that had tribal designs all over them. But most of all, she wore studded red-bottomed Chrsitan Loubiton heels. I remembered thinking about how they might of cost a fortune. Then withdrew the thought considering the fact Chaerin was somewhat friends with Christian Loubiton himself.

"I don't even care if the food tastes like crap," Sooyoung began. "This place is... woah."

Victoria smiled proudly as she looked over her menu. Victoria always liked to show us some of the many perks she gets for being the Korean Kim Kardashian. Last month she took us to an underground boutique that had Vera Wang gowns, Gucci bags, and Lubitons to go on for days. Chaerin was so amazed at the place. Now if she wanted any of those things all she has to do is call up the designer themselves.

"Hello I will be serving you today. Have you all decided on your drinks?"

We all turn to see a beautiful young woman in uniform standing in the space between Sooyoung and I. My jaw almost dropped at how beautiful she was. Her long and sleek blonde hair was braided around her head like a halo. She seemed to be wearing next to no make up and her smile seemed to light up the entire room. My eyes quickly darted to the gold name tag near the top of her white solid white toga-styled minidress. 'Nana' it read.

"Yes," Chaerin said, almost paying no attention to the girl. But Victoria, who noticed me admiring the girl, nudged my side. After she took our drink orders I stopped her.

"Here," I said while fishing my business card out of my purse. "You're way to pretty to be working here."

She accepted the card with a smile and then, after a simple glance, squealed.

    "You're Lee Soonku?"

    I nodded.

"I'm a huge fan of your magazines. I read 'Belle' and 'Fashion in Seoul Weekly' like everyday."

I smiled at her. Not many people look into who even writes articles in magazines, much less who made the magazine itself. She must really be a fan.

"Really? That's wonderful! Be sure to call me though, I've been dying to get some fresh faces in our editorial shoots."

She nodded eagerly and walked cheerily to the kitchen area to get our drinks.

"She reminds me of someone," Victoria said while looking in the direction Nana was walking in deep thought.

"She reminds me of you," Sooyoung said. Soo, Vic, and I all laughed at that. She did remind us vaugley of a young Victoria.

The rest of lunch was wonderful. We talked about work, gossip, and new songs we've heard on the radio. I was smiply happy to be surrounded by friends. Plus I had a date with Jiyong tonight, and I couldn't wait.

    I. Looked. Good. I wore a blood red dress with matching lipstick. My heels we're nuce colored and made my legs look a mile longer. And my head was feathered to the side in a cute yet sophisticated way. Though I've hated my hair before, I liked the way it looked now. Jiyong was supposed to come over and pick me up in about fifteen minuets so I still had time left. I was still busy admiring myself when I heard my door bell ring. Confused, I walked over to my front door to see who it was. On the little screen next to my door I saw a blinding shock of blonde hair. It wasn't until the person looked directly on the camera that I saw who it was. I clicked on the 'speak' button and sighed.

"May I ask what you're doing here?"

    "Sunny, its me; Daesung."

    "I know who it is."

I watched as his already worried expression darkened. He knew I found out about the whole Hyuna Paparazzi thing. I couldn't help but to smugly smile at myself. I knew I was mad at him, but I wasn't quite sure what I was mad about. There was a long silence until Daesung spoke again.

    "Can I come in?"

    "No."

I watched as he looked down and rubbed the back of his neck and let out an exasperated sigh.

"Okay. But I'm just here to warn you about Seunghyun, okay?"

"Oh yeah, Seunghyun, you're best friend."

"Yeah okay I get you're mad at me. But beleive me when I say I had no idea that he was obsessed with you. Listen, I'm sure you heard of the whole Hyuna paparazzi thing and I want to tell you more about it. Come by my boutique an see me tommorow... okay?"

There was another long pause. I had to admit I was curious. But what if he was setting me up? What if when I go see him tommorow Seungyun was there? I shuddered thinking about what he threatened me last time. The dude wants me to have with him? He went from being just a creeper to a straight up ert. I wanted this whole Seungyun thing to end so I could have my happily ever after with Jiyong. And right now Daesung was the biggist chance I had to figuring this all out.

"Ugh, okay. I'll see you tommorow."

I watched as Daesung's face lit up. His eyes smiling along with his mouth.

"You wont regret it I swear."

      "I'd better not."

I said goodbye and watched as he walked out of the camera's view. I clicked the 'end' button and watched as it went back to the home screen. I sighed and shook myself slightly. I needed to forget about this Seunghyun . Tonight was all about me and Jiyong. I scurried back to my room's mirror and looked at myself in the mirror for the thousandth time that night. Jiyong was going to love this outfit. If Sooyoung, Vic, and Chaerin we're here they'd give it their stamp of approval too. Plus, there we're certain things I wanted to talk to Jiyong about tonight.

For example has he found a studio, how have things been for him so far, and last but not least, if he would want to move in with me. I know that I've kind of ignored the idea in the past but I think it'd be for the best. With the crazy Seunghyun thing, my hectic work life, and constant confusion that seems to be surrounding me like a thick cloud, I need Jiyong more than ever. He's like my solid rock that reassures me everything will be okay. Though he may come off as coy and cocky to strangers, he's a softie deep deep down.

I heard my door bell right once again and this time, I knew just who it was.

(A/N: GAH! Sorry this took this long! Most of this chapter has been writen for like a month now but I was too lazy to finish it up. I WILL update soon. That, my friends, is a promise. I feel horrid for delaying this update and I want to make it up to you guys. Be ready for a lot more GD! He's been a bit absent in the last few chapters. I have to admit that me being TOP biased certainly does not help. I often found him more exiting to write about than GD. But NO MORE! I ssaw GD's new music video and felt inspired. Once again I'm sorry about if there's any typos. For some reason AF's spellcheck had been acting weird.)

This is literally one of my top 3 Sunny fics. You have to continue it or I will die from lack of Sunshine. Also your version of GD is amazing since he isn'the extreme in certain things. Like some people extreme his party/smoking habits or extreme his actual level of talent. You keep in at a good spot that could easily be seen as legit.

Im curious about what Daesung told to Sunny. seunghyun is kinda misterious and creepy, despite hid gorgeous look ofc. Jiyoung should clear the things out for them.
