Description

Kim Kibum, or Key, as he prefers to be called, is a beautiful boy with a broken life. Ever since the age of thirteen, he has been trapped in a relentlessly abusive household. He knows how to keep his composure, and his mental strength is unbreakable, but, as time passes, he begins to feel more and more alone. When his parents decide to move to a new city, he can only hope that the change of location will improve his situation. The abuse, however, only increases.

     At school, Key is an outcast: the strange, quiet boy with the impeccable fashion sense and ridiculously good looks. He desperately wants friends, but he is constantly afraid of dragging them into his family's problems. So he remains alone, until he meets Lee Taemin.

     As Taemin and Key become close friends, Taemin introduces Key to other new people. Lee Jinki, Choi Minho, and Kim Jonghyun become the best friends Key has ever had, and he begins to believe that the new city really has improved his life. He and Jonghyun become friends especially quickly, and Key begins to rely on him for a sense of love and security. Jonghyun is, at first, baffled by the beautiful newcomer, but their friendship slowly grows until they become inseparable.

     But when Jonghyun begins to suspect that something isn't quite right in Key's household, will he step up to help him? And what will happen if Key's worst fear comes true, and the people he cares for the most become entangled in his family's web of hate?

This story was recommended for me to read, it is one of many aniangel07 recommendations for me....still the hero...

The story cought me mainly because Key was suffering again. I like stories that have it...you know me, but the thing is after reading so many of the I get bored of the same old same old so I put many criterias for this types of stories....this one made it..I like how the story seems to develop not too fast and too slow and even though I get tired sometimes that 2min tag nearly always pops up near jongkey in this one it doesn't bug me so much...On the bright side I love that the author is growing with the story too..I don't know if the author noticed, but the grammar and even the sentences are becoming better and more visual...what else, what else oh good look to author and if it made you curious go check it....
