Hey guys, this is my first story in a VERY LONG time. I used to write under a different username (and deleted it much to my regret) and wrote a fairly successful fic: Ex-fan and Trainee... So go easy on me haha ;] All constructive criticism is welcome~. Please love this story a lot! Enjoy!

Kim Jiyeon: Jiyeon is the protagonist of the story. She grew up in a small town called Gwangju. She dreamt of being a singer before giving up her dreams and moving to America with her parents without a word. She is strong willed but inside, she is afraid of getting hurt the most and tends to avoid any situation that she thinks will end up in a not-so-great way. Six years after leaving Korea, she has given up what she believes are childish dreams and follows her parents' wishes. She takes on the American name, Tori, to forget her past life in Korea as Jiyeon... that is, until Yunho comes back into the picture. 

Jiyeon does not have a legitimate picture because I like my readers to picture themselves as the protagonist or anyone else that they see fit. I don't like to ruin my stories with a set character everyone knows because that limits the readers' imagination in my opinion :)

Yunho: As the leader of TVXQ, he has gone through a lot that's left him scarred and guilty inside: one of the biggest is losing his childhood friend, Jiyeon, who disappeared without a trace after he was scouted into SM Entertianment. But he never lets these negative situations tarnish his reputation because he has finally achieved his dreams and would do anything to protect it, something he's not too proud about but can't help. He's immediately drawn to the woman that Jiyeon has become when he sees her again by chance six years later but what will he do in order to keep her by his side while continuing to be U-Know Yunho?

Kris (Kay): Tori makes a friend soon after she arrives in America and goes on vacation with her parents. Although he lives in Canada, he travels often and they manage to keep in touch and grow close over the years. She later finds out that he is the leader of SM Entertainment's boy group Exo-M and Kris is determined to keep her close.
