I always thought that I wouldn't fall in love this easily like all my friends did. They seem to look at girls and fall immediately for them. For me, it took only 3 seconds to fall for her. Just like that.

1..2..3..Three seconds which seemed like an eternity. Three seconds in which she walked by, looking at her friends, laughing. Three seconds in which my world stopped moving, in which I stopped moving. Three seconds...and after that my whole world began to change.

I just stood there, staring at that tall girl, mesmerized by...well by what? Her big round eyes, these dark brown orbs which were twinkling like stars? Her fluffy long hair which framed her face while shining in the sun light like liquid silk? Her puffy cheeks, which revealed her cute dimples whenever she smiled? Or was it her smile, a smile that was so infectious, that, whenever I thought about the first time I saw her, I smiled like an idiot? Her laughter which sounded like a carillon, so bright and clear? The way she shook her head lightly when her bangs were falling into her eyes?

And then I realized. What made her so special, was her charisma. Whatever she did, whether it was talking, smiling or even just looking at something, she always seemed to shine like a star, lighting up everything and everyone around her. This girl had the ability to make all the people around her happy just by smiling at them...well at least it applied to one person.

And this person wasn't supposed to be me...
