The Quick Brown Fox Jumps over the Lazy Dog
Description
(Forgive my awful choice in titles. Please.)
Sehun and Jongin weren’t just the dancing machines, they were the Milk N’ Oreo Tandem ever since elementary. (Wow! Now that’s descriptive!)
Pairing: Sekai/Kaihun
Genre: Comedy, Slice of Life
Length: Oneshot/Drabble, 2000 – 3000 words
Author’s Notes: Alright. I know I have a lot of fics to update but this has also been in my head for quite a while and with the continuous suspension of classes, I just felt like writing it.
I’m still writing the last part though and have people read it first to see what they think of it so I might most it… maybe later?
And forgive my overuse of ellipses. You won’t see that much now, but… maybe later… you know…
(P.S. Pictures aren't mine. They are from awesome artists, though I don't know them.)
Foreword
Milk. And Oreos.
That was the menu for this afternoon’s snack time at Chunsa Kindergarten. Everyone was outside playing either with a significant other or in solitude with the exception of Sehun and his sleeping acquaintance whose body clock was still stuck at nappy-wappy.
Little Sehun sighed. Nothing was new. He stared at the food before him, and his tummy grumbled. He should at least attend to that rather than just sit still and do nothing.
He stood up from his seat and went to get his cup from another table. He was careful not the wake the other up even though he never really woke up when the other kids were in the room wreaking havoc.
When he was passed the obstacle and seated in his former position in front of his feast, he settled the cup down and poured some milk. He then took a cookie and opened it, happy the cream was in only one side. Smiling, the the white, put the cookie back together, dunked it in his milk and bit it with a crunch.
While savoring the oreo, he felt someone plop beside him. Sehun looked to his right to see a half-awake Jongin. He was scratching his eye with his hand and reaching for a cookie with the other.
They both ate in silence. Sehun was the first to initiate conversation.
Although it was awkward, both knew this was the start of a beautiful friendship.
