Table For Two {one-shot}

Description

=================

Soft violin music, beautiful candle light, the best food you could imagine; sounds like the perfect date, right?

That is... if your date actually shows up.

=================

He was supposed to be the "ideal man" for Shin Soo Yun. Whether her friends were playing a joke on her or not was unsure,

but at the very least they didn't know what Soo Yun's ideal man was. Punctuality, for starts, was a quality she appreciated in a romantic

partner. Blind dates... what is the use of them anyway? There is no way someone could possibly find the man they are meant to be with by

pure coincidence. She might as well leave. If he hadn't shown up by now, two hours after the designated time, then he most likely wouldn't show up at all.

It was a shame to leave the bread basket unfinished, though. The stuff was better than home made ramen, and it was free.

So... just a few more pieces and then she would leave.

=================

It was the first time he would be going out on his own since coming to South Korea, and to say Park Sang Hyun was a little nervous would

be the understatement of the year. If it were something simple like a trip to the convenience store he would be fine, but to go on a blind date

was an extreme he wasn't sure he could handle. Of course he knew the importance of developing a strong social life during this first year,

as had been enforced by the date's organizer Yang Seung Ho, but this seemed to be more of a way of scaring him back to the Philiphines than anything else.

And to make matters worse, she was late... almost an hour to be exact. He had tried calling her, five times, but there had been no answer.

He hoped she was alright.

That was really good. Reminded me of Wong Fu Productions' video "Two After Noon". Especially the parts where they were explaining how their dates were delayed. Good job, keep writing like this because it was well written basically. I enjoyed it and thank goodness you didn't end it sadly!
