{ Blinded by Words } ~~Writing Challenge~~ [Results are Posted!]

Hi there, lovelies. This is your co-author, wishful, speaking.

I bet you're all wondering when the winners will be announced, right? :c I'm really sorry that we've made you all wait for results after such a long period of time. Unfortunately, the true owner of this thread, PrivateLovestoryxxx, isn't responding to any of my messages regarding the entries. I'm not entirely sure as to what's going on myself, but I take it that it's now my responsibility to decide on the winners?

I'm really sorry that it's come to this, but I promise that winners will be announced no later than March 31st, 2013. I've gone ahead and read a majority of the entires already while I was waiting for Private to respond, so I actually only have 34 more to go through. LOL.

Again, I apologize for the lack of coordination regarding this contest. I was originally only meant to help out with the prizes and help decide on the final winners, but I guess this has been into my hands! /shot.

There is one unfortunate turn of events that I'll have to share:

Because I'm hosting my own personal contest here on AFF, I'm a little worried about my current karma count. Therefore, I'll have to remove the original idea of "extra points" for certain criteria that Private had originally come up with. The prizes are currently: 

1ST PLACE: 2 GRAPHICS OF YOUR CHOICE + ONE-SHOT + 40 KARMA

2ND PLACE: GRAPHIC/ONE-SHOT + 30 KARMA 

3RD PLACE: PROFILE PICTURE/POSTER + 20 KARMA

And the graphic/oneshot prizes shouldn't change. However, I'd like to give everyone two options:

a) Increase the karma prizes by ten; Ignore the "extra points" system
b) Decrease the karma prizes by ten; Include the "extra points" system

I'd personally prefer if we chose option a, but I think that it's only fair that you guys pick which option is better for you since you guys are the ones that have been wronged. Option B would probably mean that I'd end up spending more karma, but uh... Hopefully I can make it up before the year ends? /shot.

Again, I really am sorry that you guys have been forced to wait this long. I'm doing my best to manage what has been left to me. ;~;
