I opened my eyes and saw Kara opening her eyes as well. I took her hand in mine and looked at her intently.

"Kara, I love you..."

"But we're not ready..."

I nodded my head and the two of us understood.

"We're not ready to get married." I told the monk.

"This isn't a wedding ceremony." The monk said to us.

"Bwoh?" I asked him in surprise not understanding anything.

"This is a simple ceremony to celebrate your anniversary." The monk said to us.

Anniversary?

"Omo! That's right! It's our anniversary Heechul. We've been together for three years, today." Kara said to me.

"Oh, yeah." I said remembering that fact.

"This is a simple ceremony to strengthen your love for each other." The monk explained to us.

"Then why are we dressed like this?" I asked the monk looking at how we were dressed.

"I don't know. Mr. Cho was the one that told us to dress you in these clothes." The monk said with a smile.

That Kyuhyun!

I'll kill him.

"That evil maknae! Aish! He scared the hell out of me." I exclaimed out loud.

The monk gave me a look when he heard me swear. Kara suddenly laughed.

"He got us... big time." Kara said shaking her head.

I cursed again and started to laugh too. 

That maknae...

"Shall I start with the ceremony?" The monk asked us.

I looked at Kara and met her eyes. She smiled at me and nodded her head. I nodded my head too and the monk started with his ceremony.

This may not be a real wedding.

There probably won't be any wedding in the future.

But holding Kara's hand like this and having what we have blessed...

Gives me hope and who knows...

Maybe, just maybe...

We might find ourselves in this situation again.

When that time comes...

It'll be forever.
