Foreword
This life has not taught me but one thing: love and loss are a package deal. You cannot have one without the other. A sort of yin and yang per se, balancing each other with yin being loss and yang being love. No one would dare interfere, as they would not want to tempt the hands of fate.

There is an old myth that states grabbing a hold of a single thread of the strings of fate will enable you to have a wish granted.
I am now holding onto that thread, tempting you. Coaxing you. Testing if you will truly grant this wish that has been echoing ever since this began. Seeing if this thread will be strong enough, bold enough, tough enough, to hold the weight of the world upon it. If you are going to take him away from me, then you will have to take me too. Or, since I have been the only one to grasp a true thread of you with iron strength, will you accede?
