          "Oppa!" a 16 year old you ran towards your brother and hugged him from behind. "Yah what are you doing, and what were you doing back there?" he stared at you and shook you off his feet, "I went to the park with Luhan, isn't he your friend?" you pouted as you walked next to Tao, "Friend my " he said in a pissed tone, "Oppa you should stop being so emotional at everything" you answered him with a whine, "Whatever" Tao mumbled as he continued walking faster

        "Oppa wait!" you yelled as you ran towards him, you jumped on his back and hugged his neck. "What are you doing?! Get down!" He stopped walking and tried to shake you off him but surprisingly you had a strong grip, "And stop with Oppa this Oppa that we arent even siblings, step siblings in fact" he coldly said to you. You were somehow hurt by his statement, it had been 5 months since your mother remarried with Tao's dad and you tried to get along with him as nice as you can but he obviously begs the differ. You tried holding in your tears but little droplets of water soon poured out of your bambi eyes as you mumbled silly words. Tao saw you and he sighed and got worried, "Summer I'm sorry ok, I didn't mean what I said" 

        You stopped sniffing and smiled at him, your smile turned his once cold hazel eyes into the eyes of a lovable warm person, he smiled back and ruffled your hair and both of you walked home while bickering about stuff about each other

"Is Luhan your boyfriend?" He asked. you were startled by his question but shrugged it off knowing he had no ulterior motive, or as you think

"Yes he is, why are yo-" 

"WHAT" he said a little too loudly with his eyes opened widely

"I was joking" you told him and a heavy burden soon got off from his chest. That means I still have a chance

       In fact, Tao had his eyes laid on you ever since you moved in, you were all he can think about, and everything about you seemed so perfect for him, he acted cold to you to hide his feelings, he lushes you in fact, the thought that you and Luhan being together freaks him out, and soon to your aknowledge he was smiling like an idiot along the way

          Both of you soon reached home and as you went in, at both of your surprises your aunt and uncle is here, they had grim looks on their faces, What were they doing here?

       "Tao ah, Miyoung ah, we need to talk" as those words came out of your uncle's mouth you knew something wasn't right

   "I dont know how to put this but your parents died in an accident"

                    Dead?

They left me and Tao alone?

Tears soon formed in my eyes and I ran to upstairs as fast as I could. I couldn't stand it anymore, the grim looks on their faces, telling us that our parents are dead, they don't know how to put it in what way? Really? 

        Tao soon followed you up and saw you crying on your bed, his heart felt heavy as he did not know what to say or what to do to you, he came to your side and whispered softly with his forehead resting apon yours, "MiYoung-ah, I know this is hard for you, and me too, and I'm sorry if I treated you badly, but I promise I'll always be there by your side and I will protect you at all cost, I love you ok, don't cry" his eyes were starting to tear up and his voice cracked bit by bit, you looked up and caressed his cheek "Look whi's the crybaby now" you cracked a small smile and he smiled back, "Miyoung-ah, lets promise not to ever leave each other's sides ok?" he whispered softly not breaking your gaze

         "Pinky promise" you replied, Tao smiled and let out a small smile, "Sure, Pinky promise"
