Dara and Il woo settled in NY, with the money they won, they rent out a small apartment, they try to live with what they have, away from the life they had in Seoul. Dara did part time job in a cafe, while Il Woo did part time as a taxi driver. Having tourist visa was even hard for them, they only have 6months. They were saving up some money so they go to other countries, or might as well, go back to Seoul.

The search for the two ran aways continues.

Il Woo and Jiyong would always communicate through emails, he even gave Jiyong their address hoping in hipe that they would join him for the holidays.

Il woo's mother became even more fierce in finding them, when Il Woo's engagement was called off by the other party. Although was still in the process till the other party becomes ready. Months passed and both parents becomes anxious of their kid's where abouts.

Dara's mother contacted her cousin in LA.

“have you got any news about Dara?” her mom asked

“no, auntie..nothing from her” Michelle replied

“If she contacts you, please inform me, Just me” her mom uttered

“will that be okay with uncle?” he asked

“he doesn't have to know, I don't want him to interfere with this. I'm afraid it will only scare her away.” Dara's mom replied

“Okay auntie, will do that. I will contact you as soon as I hear from her”

Then they hanged up.

Il woo's mother receives a call from a friend, asking her if she heard any news about her son, and also informing her about a certain taxi driver in New York that kind of looks like Il Woo.

“It looks really like your Il Woo, but I'm not sure, he wouldn't turn into something like that, he is very educated and can always can a job abroad, but have you found him?” the friend asked

“No, but I'm sure I will. Thank you for your concern” Il woo's mother uttered and hanged up

 

After she immediately calls for her assistant

“Prepare a ticket for me to New York, and send someone there to check on taxis, be sure they dress up casually.” She uttered

Back in New York

Il Woo came back home, with a  worry face

“What's wrong?” Dara asked

“nothing, I was just tired” He answered

“Wait I'll prepare dinner for you.” Dara replied

Il Woo, looked at Dara, as she prepares the table. Then he went to the table and sat down, Dara sat down with her.

 

Dara watched him eat his dinner.

“Why don't you eat?” Il Woo asked

“I'm not hungry” Dara answered

After eating they went to sit by the window, this has been a hobby theirs, watching down on people passing by.

“have you been happy with me?” Il woo asked

“of course! You?” Dara replied

“Very much” I woo replied as he hugs her from behind.

“I just wished, we could go back home and meet our parents” Dara uttered

“ I wish the same, because I don't like hiding anymore, its been really tiring” Il Woo uttered

“ I know how you feel, I miss home too” Dara replied

“but we have to move soon, we need to go back” Il woo

“what wil happen next?” dara asked

“I guess they'll have to accept us.”Il woo uttered  in doubt

That night Il Woo writes an email to Jiyong.

how have you been? When are you coming?

Aigoo, life has been really tough. So tough that sometimes, I just wished to go back to Seoul, but what to do? I have a wife. I love her, but seems like its not enough.

Why am I feeling this way? Did I rushed things so much?

I'm waiting for your reply on this.

 

Hyeong

Jiyong reads the message and got angry at what his brother is saying.

He then replies

Hyeong!

Straighten up your head. You should be thankful that you have found the love of your life.. the way I see it, are you wavering? Just because of hardship, you're going to give up? Your wife is very pretty and must have loved you so much to endure it all till now.

Think about it. Forget about mom and the life that we had.
