“Hey, what’re you two doing? It’s not funny” Woohyun ran to Hyuna and Yeol and pulled her away from Yeol

“Who said we’re joking? Get your hand off her. She’s hurting” Yeol stepped between her and Woohyun

“Hyunie-ah, tell me! It’s just a joke, right? You and him… We were still happy yesterday. I still fed you yesterday. What’s wrong?” Woohyun saw her look at her coldly like she looked at a stranger as he knew they were not kidding

“You want to know?... I played with your feelings. Now it’s not fun anymore so I come back to who I really like” a single word from her like a knife stabbed into Woohyun’s heart

“Rainbow is right. You should listen to them. I just…” she was cut off because of his slap

“Don’t.Ever.Appear.In.Front.Of.Me.Again” Woohyun ran away as the others of INFINITE followed him

“Yah!! You…” it was happened too fast that Yeol couldn’t protect Hyuna

“Are you okay?” he took a look at her cheek when she smiled lightly

“Don’t lie with that smile. It must be hurt. It’s reddened. How can a boy hit a girl this hard” Yeol was angry

“Because he’s in pain. Let’s go to class, oppa” she hook her arm with his knowing the students were still watching them

“Hyung-ah, calm down” Jong tried to stop Woohyun from punching the tree

“Woohyun, punching the wall won’t make you any less painful” – Dongwoo

“AAAAAAA. WHY? WHAT HAPPENED?... We were still played together yesterday… Why she changed so fast?” Woohyun collapsed on the ground

“Woohyun-ah…” – Hoya

“Leave me alone. I don’t want to see anyone right now” Woohyun suddenly stood up and walked away

“What should we do? Leader is not here” INFINITE looked at each other

“Aish… What the hell is going on? What will happen to the group?” Dongwoo angrily kicked the tree

Woohyun kneels down on the ground again when he’s alone in the garden. His eyes turn teary remembering the memories with Hyuna.

In the middle of the class, Woohyun glances at Hyuna and notices she’s sleeping. A smile automatically appears on his face. Her head is resting on her hand. When it about to hit the table, he catches it on time and slowly puts it down

Suddenly, he leans in and kisses her. It shocks her at first but after a while she grabs her arms around his neck as he hugs her and they kiss until they run out of breaths

“Stop crying, baby girl” he broke the kiss before pinching her nose

“And sorry because I didn’t give you candy this time” he apologized

“I don’t need it” she stopped him from saying by kissing him again

She tries not to laugh when he lets her go giving up and walks to another way. She runs to him and gives him a backhug.

“Oppa, I love you a lot” she said clearly as a smile scrept on his face

“Naughty girl, don’t tease me like that again” he turned and rubbed her hair

One by one, the memories keep playing in his head as he cries harder. They have no argument, they have a lot of things in common. But why? What made her do this to him? It hurts him more. “What did I do wrong?” he kept mumbling that sentence.

On the other side, class has started. Everyone glances at Yeol and Hyuna once per minutes. Hyuna switches seats with L so she can sit beside Yeol. They have small talks and sometimes laugh during the classes which makes Jong, Dongwoo and Hoya more annoyed. L just keeps quiet. He senses something not right between this couple but he doesn’t say anything. He waits for the time Yeol’ll tell it by himself.

{After school}

Yeol sends Hyuna home and opens the car door for her.

“I can go in on my own now. Thanks for everything, oppa. Your act looks real today” she stopped him when he was about to head to her house

“Uhm... You’re welcome. Take rest and remember to take medicine. I’ll pick you up tomorrow” he was quite disappointed

“Nae…” she was about to enter her house

“Hyuna-ah, take care” Yeol saw Woohyun was watching from far as Yeol held her wrist and pulled her for a kiss on her forehead

“Ah… You, too oppa. Bye, oppa. Drive safely” she was surprised at first but followed what he did and got into the house

“Hi, umma” Hyuna greeted Geumji seeing her standing beside the windows

“Is that Yeol? Where’s Woohyun? Did something happen between you and Woohyun?”

“You should be the one who knows most, umma”

“Huh? What do you mean?” Geumji didn’t understand

“We’re brother and sister. How can we be lovers?” Hyuna’s statement shocked Geumji

“Ho… How… How do…” Geumji was speechless

“How do I know? Next time, if you want to hide something from me, please destroy the papers related to it first… I’m tired. I go sleep first. Good night, umma” Hyuna grunted because her wound suddenly ached then she came in her room and locked the door

“She knew… She knew… Did he know also?...” Geumji was still in shock zone

{Three days passed – Woolim University}

Woohyun comes to school normally and sits at his usual seats acting like nothing happened. But everyone knows something does happen because Woohyun, Hoya, Dongwoo and Jong don’t speak to Yeol and Hyuna even a single word. Woohyun sometimes talks to L but never with Yeol.

Hyuna comes out from the restroom as water is spilled on her. The splash is too strong that she falls down on the floor. She’s wet from head to toe and she doesn’t know what the water is but it smells badly. More important, the water touches her wound, which hasn’t been healed yet so blood comes out and can be seen on her shirt. The wound hurts so bad as she has to lean on the wall. While she’s in pain, the students – the culprits just stand there and laugh like they’re watching a comedy.

“YAH!!” a shout appeared as everyone there turned to look

“What the hell do you think you’re doing?” Woohyun looked furious and shouted at the students

“Oppa… We…” they were dumbfounded

“Go away before I decide to kill all of you” he warned as they ran away quickly

“Just call Yeol for me” Hyuna said seeing him heading to her but he didn’t respond

“Don’t… Arg…” she exclaimed when his hand pulled the silk on the wound up

“You don’t need to care about me. Just call Ye… Arg…” she tried to move away from him as blood came out more

“Stay still!! Yeol or not Yeol, you should prevent the blood from coming out first or you’ll die before you can see your boyfriend” he scolded and she kept silence

“You didn’t take medicine lately, did you? That’s why the wound’s in bad condition” he glanced at her while taking a bandage from his pocket to but she looked away

“Yah!! Get away from her” Yeol ran to them as Woohyun stood up

“My job here is done. Take her home” Woohyun threw the bandage to Yeol and left

“Gosh… Antis did this? Hold it tightly. I’ll bring you to the clinic” Yeol was worried seeing Hyuna’s wound then carried her to the nurse

Watching them carefully from behind, Woohyun feels curious and sad at the same time. He can see Yeol’s saying something and it makes her giggle even the wound is painful. But on the other hand, he can feel that Yeol isn’t the reason she broke up with him. She always did sweet things with Yeol in public which isn’t her personality. He knows it, he knows her clearly that she doesn’t that kind of girls who wants to show-off their relationship. “So what’s the real reason, Hyuna-ah?” he thought looking sadly at the couple from far.

{Another day}

“I’M BACK!!!” a scream destroyed the quiet atmosphere in the class

“Kyu?... LEADER!!” INFINITE rushed to their leader

“Yep, it’s me. Did you miss me? I miss you guys so much” Kyu gave a big hug to his friends

“Yeah, we miss you, too” – Dongwoo

“Why didn’t you call or send a email to us, you bad kid?” Woohyun smacked Kyu’s shoulders

“Auch… I didn’t have much time” Kyu pretended it was hurt

“So… how’s the scary girl, hyung?” – Jong

“Why don’t you ask her face to face?” Kyu stepped aside for Jiyoon

“WOA~” INFINITE was amazed because she looked different

“What’re with those face?” her voice pulled them back to reality

“It’s definitely her” – Hoya

“Noona, why you changed to long hair?” – Jong

“Ask him” Jiyoon pointed at Kyu as INFINITE’s eyes got widen

“Since when you listened to him?” – Dongwoo

“Since she’s my fiancé” Kyu showed the couple ring on his finger

“WHAT?” – INFINITE

“When did you two hold the event? Why didn’t you invite us?” – Woohyun

“Well, both families wanted to do it small and peacefully” – Kyu

“Humh… Where’s Hyuna?” Jiyoon couldn’t find Hyuna anywhere since she came to school

“What’s wrong? Is there something happened when I was absent” Kyu noticed s were avoiding his gaze

“Woohyun!!” – Kyu

“Don’t ask me. I’m not her boyfriend” Woohyun left the class right away

“What did he say? They broke up? How? When? Why? Did he say break up to her?” – Jiyoon

“If he was the one, he wouldn’t be like that” Hoya sighed

“Huh? So Hyuna’s the one? Where’s she?” she was surprised

“Don’t know. Going somewhere with Yeol, her new boyfriend” – Dongwoo

“What? Yeol and Hyuna?” – Kyu

“Yeah, right after you two went aboard, hyung”

“Hyuna!!” Jiyoon spotted Hyuna entered the class with Yeol

“Oh, Ji…” Hyuna was dragged right after Jiyoon saw her

“Yoonie-ah, slow down. My wound hasn’t recovered. Auch” she was thrown to sit on a bench in a garden

“Spill out, tell me everything” Jiyoon stared at her

“I like your new hair”

“Don’t try to change the subject with me, Hyuna. What happened to you and Woohyun? Or I can say, what are you hiding?”

“I didn’t hide anything” Hyuna denied

“Don’t you dare to lie to me. I’m still your bestfriend, aren’t I? I know you’re lying”

“I’m not”

“Hyuna!!” Jiyoon was angry at Hyuna’s attitude

“Please, Jiyoon. Act like you don’t know, please. I really don’t want to mention about it. Please~” Hyuna held Jiyoon’s hand

“So there IS something you’re hiding” Jiyoon commented as Hyuna nodded lightly

“What is it?”

“I can’t tell you”

“Even I’m your bestfriend?”

“Please understand for me. The fewer people know, the better it is. Please” Hyuna begged

“Fine… Tell me what it ends, promise?” Jiyoon gave up

“Promise… So… Tell me what happened when you were aboard. I see you’re wearing couple ring~” Hyuna friend

“Psf… That idiot… He always did stupid things…” Jiyoon smiled mentioning about Kyu

“That’s why he can make our Jiyoon fall in love with him~”

From the terrace, Woohyun hears the whole converstation of the girls. He just clenches his fists tightly. It’s the first time he feels himself useless. Just stand there and do nothing.

“Arg… Why’s it raining?” Hyuna ran quickly from Yeol’s car to her house’s door

She’s holding the knob of the door but she doesn’t enter because her mother is talking with someone inside.

“Hey, why haven’t you come in?” Yeol approached her as she covered his mouth to listen the conversation inside

“What’s going on there?” Woohyun didn’t understand as well seeing Yeol and Hyuna still stand outside the heavy rain

“Where’s Hyuna? I want to see my daughter” – Wonbin

“She isn’t home yet and I told you she’s not your daughter” – Geumji

“Stop lying, Geumji. You’re Woohyun’s mother and Hyuna’s mother so Hyuna must be Woohyun’s sister, that means she’s my daughter” Wonbin’s statement made Hyuna depressed as Yeol patted her head to courage her

“You… SHE’S NOT YOUR DAUGHTER SO LEAVE NOW BEFORE SHE COMES HOME” – Geumji

“Why do you keep denying the truth, Geumji?”

“I’m not denying it, I’m telling the truth. It’s just you who’s illusion”

“She’s your daughter, that means she’s my daughter also. Why am I the one illusion? TELL ME WHERE I’M WRONG”

“BECAUSE I ADOPTED HER” Geumji shouted as both Hyuna and Yeol was frozened

“What did you say?” Wonbin couldn’t believe either

“I had no money, Woohyun’s twin died because of hunger and sickness… At the same day she died, I saw Hyuna alone at a hospital, her parents passed away after an car accident so I adopted her… Are you happy now? Please leave me alone” Geumji collapsed on the sofa brusting into tears

“Hyuna… Are you okay?” Yeol noticed Hyuna turn pale

“Plea… Hyuna!!” Geumji and Wonbin startle when the door was suddenly opened

“Hyu… Hyuna-ah… You’re home” Geumji hoped that Hyuna didn’t hear anything

“Umma… Please tell me… Is he my appa or not?” a tear dropped down from Hyuna’s eye

“I… Ani, he’s not your father”

“What about you?”

“Hyuna, I…”

“Are you my biological mother?” Hyuna shouted

“I… I…”

“TELL ME. TELL ME THE TRUTH. WHO THE HELL I AM” she cried harder

“I’m not real mother but Hyuna, please, I love you with all my heart” Geumji walked closer to Hyuna but Hyuna took a step back

“No, you don’t. You just take care of me thinking that I’m your real daughter. I’m just a replacement, aren’t I?”

“No, no, you’re not” tears couldn’t stop falling from both of them

“I guessed you also called your real daughter’s name when you fed me or… is my name actually her name?” Hyuna laughed bitterly

“Please, Hyuna-ah… Hyuna!!!” Geumji was about to hold her hand but she ran away in the heavy rain

“HYUNA!!” Yeol chased after her right away

“Geumji-ah…” Wonbin tried to calm Geumji down

“Your fault… It’s all your fault… Why you keep appearing in my life?...” Geumji cried hitting Wonbin’s chest

“Where are Hyuna and Yeol going? They just fought or something?... Is that appa? What’s he doing at Hyuna’s house? Why’s he hugging auntie?” Woohyun was paralyzed realizing his father at the door
